Great service with a lovely product
My subscription order arrives on time as promised, it’s well packaged without plastic and it’s a consistently good product. It’s great to have toilet rolls delivered to home as what’s the benefit to carrying bulky items like this home from the supermarket?

Incredible customer service
I’ve found the customer care team to be absolutely wonderful. I had some issues with my deliveries and the team were so kind and resolved the issue promptly.
Highly recommend The Cheeky Panda - have used both their loo roll and nappies and both are excellent quality!

The product is very good
The product is very good. However, sadly, it is delivered by Evri. This delivery was dropped on the doorstep and she waved at the door. No knock or ring. Delivery photo shows some of their damage to the box!

Amazing customer service!
The parcelshop I set for my delivery was having problems accepting parcels and Cheeky Panda sorted everything out immediately. They cancelled my order and I received my product within 48 hours. I love their products and have now converted my dad to using them. Thank you!

Great products and excellent customer service
I have been enjoying trying out these kitchen towels. They are much more absorbant than my old ones, and they don't tear.
Customer Service were fantastic when I inadvertently duplicated my first order. They replied very quickly to resolve the problem.

Great product and amazing customer service! Our initial order got mislaid by the courier, so I contacted customer services straightaway and they sent a replacement immediately. I wish all companies were this responsive - I even got a reply on a bank holiday Monday! Thank you Cheeky Panda and Dorota :)

Tissue feedback
I noticed what I thought was a change in quality in the pocket tissues (I'm a big fan of these tissues) so I dropped Cheeky Panda an email to let them know. I got a response straight away, my feedback was taken seriously and research was done with the manufacturers within hours of me being in touch. Dorota, who handled my enquiry, was helpful and charming throughout, and didn't seem to think it weird that a grown man was obsessing about microchanges in the softness of his tissue. It was a lovely experience - how often can we say that about a company's customer service process?

Love these loo rolls as are very soft and strong. Personally would buy the undyed ones but obviously less people like these and the extra expense is a bit tricky at the moment.

I was happy with the toilet rolls
I was happy with the toilet rolls, they’re really long lasting and more than match any recycled paper rolls that I’d tried before. It felt great that no trees were felled in the production. I then tried the kitchen rolls and again, they’re even better than the recycled paper ones I’d been buying. I decided to go with a subscription and save some money. The customer service is great, really helpful, friendly and responsive. They sort out any problems or questions really quickly. It took me a while to get used to the website and I messed up my orders a bit, though I got help straight away. It’s actually really flexible and, once used to it, you can change your order, add or skip items, bring your order forward if you’re running out. Quite chuffed.

The toilet roll are great, delivery, not so much
The toilet roll are great, good quality as ever. The delivery was really quick. Unfortunately the delivery driver (despite me being home and buzzing them into the building) left them downstairs. I'd recently had surgery and couldn't get down to carry them back up so I had to rely on the kindness of my neighbours and then friends to get them into my flat . Not great service.

Had an issue with my cheeky panda toilet paper order through amazon. While cheeky panda couldn't directly help, I was impressed how quickly they responded to my email and on a Sunday also. Dorota the customer service manager was fantastic and went the extra mile for me in a complimentary way. Great company and great products.
