The Cheesecake Factory Avis 

We visited the Cheesecake Factory in Downtown Seattle. Our server was nice and welcoming. The food was good. I had nachos and my husband had a burger. We had to take our cheesecake with us to eat later at our hotel. It was amazing!

Absolutely the worst shrimp scampi I have ever had in my life and I’m 68. It was described as shrimp in a white wine with garlic in rich cream sauce. But nothing could be farther from the truth! There was butter and garlic but the cook must have drank the wine and put the cream in his coffee because it was not in the scampi. I will never go back to the cheesecake factory again. I would have never expected this from the what I thought was a high end restaurant! Eat there 10 years ago and it was good! Don’t know what happened between then and now!

The Cheesecake Factory Restaurant in Summerlin is a fabulous place to take visitors and family. The service is fabulous The food is wonderful .They have great architecture great bread as you wait and the servers are funny kind and prompt. The Shrimp platter was delicious My wife loved the soup and half sandwich deal Chicken salad sandwich was delicious 😋 The only unattractive feature were the drinks wouldn’t give a snail a buzz but the food and service was top notch and the employees were fabulous

Scam Alert Sarasota UTC Location: Waitress tried to scam us. She brought two unitemized bills. She said she messed up the bills with another table and that they had paid our bill. She said their bill was $1 less than ours so would we just pay their bill. We initially agreed. But when she brought the bill to our table we had to push her to get an itemized bill. When she finally brought it she had added $35 worth of desserts to our bill. This scam happens all of the time, make the manager come fix the bill. So disappointing!!

Rockaway AND Short Hills locations; I got hung up on from both locations and was placed on hold and “forgotten” about. All we wanted to do was place an order. If you’re answering the phone, DONT BE RUDE FIRST OF ALL, second if you’re not taking phone orders, then use your words and communicate that rather then hanging up on a customer or placing them on hold and “forgetting”.

Our Company order from this restaurant every week. Our Doctor is the one that picks this restaurant because she like it but lately they have really been messing up where they forget some of our order or they just through our food together. We are not happy with the cheesecake factory right now

Disappointing Experience at Cheesecake Factory

I recently visited the Cheesecake Factory at Live Casino on April 14, 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Service: The service was extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes for our orders to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. The waiter seemed inattentive and unprofessional, which added to the frustration.
Food: When the food finally arrived, the waiter did not apologize for the extended wait. However, I did discuss my disappointment of the service with the manager and the appetizers cost was waived.
Overall, this visit did not meet my expectations, and I hope the Cheesecake Factory will take steps to improve their service and food quality. Also, a few Pastas were removed from the menu. Please take into consideration and please add the removed items back to the menu.

Street corn appetizer is the worst I have ever had

I waited 30 min for 2 appetizers thst arrived COLD! Very disappointing
.

The only complaint I have, is that they advertised if you spent 50 or more you get a FREE slice of cheesecake OR ANY LAYER CAKE. When I requested the Tirimisu Cake, I was told it didn't cover that. This is the 2nd time this has happened. If you are not going to offer the layer cake, please take it out of the advertisement.

The food was decent, but the waiting time... we were seated at the bar assured that the service wil be faster there. I had to follow up several times to check on the order, finally it was served, after 40 minutes. Really?
The manager only gave an apology saying that the kitchen was backed up..Hire more staff!

I ordered a waffle and breakfast potatoes for curbside delivery from Cheesecake Factory Bayshore. Upon arrival, I was so excited and hungry I couldn’t wait until I made it home. Initially, I tried the breakfast potatoes which were greasy and cold. Hoping I would have better luck with the waffles, (as I had them in the past from another Cheesecake location and they were delicious) Well, that was not the case. The waffles were mushy and cold! When I called in and spoke with the store manager Kevin he informed I could not get a refund nor could I return the waffles and potatoes. He was extremely disrespectful and had a lack of customer service skill. He did however, tell me my only option was to heat the waffles and potatoes up and eat them! Are you serious? I was shocked that Cheesecake Factory Bayshore would have someone running their store with such a lack of empathy and human relation skills. Disappointed customer!

Couple bad experiences:
1. The latest is a horrible experience with curbside. When I arrived, all the to-go spots were taken. All the handicapped were taken too (I can't walk far). I couldn't even illegally park on the curb because people where there too. So I called and asked if someone could just meet me by the front door, they said they would transfer me to to-go. I waited almost 30 minutes on hold. Finally, spots opened up and I was able to park. I walk in and the bakery/to-go isn't even that busy. They hand me my bag that wasn't even sitting under a warmer. I told them what happened and I asked if my food was ice cold. They hand me the bag and say "sorry". In the car, I looked at the ticket and it was prepared almost 30 minutes prior to my scheduled arrival time and was sitting out for almost one hour - the food had sour cream on it. I didn't it eat - it could have killed me.
2. Back in Dec., they had a promotion where you would receive a reward for a free slice with any purchase. I had lunch there, made sure to give them my reward number but never received a slice. Same thing happened a year ago. I wrote an email - no response. Once is a mistake, two times with no response from customer service is fraud.

I'm not sure what's happening. Maybe they are taking the Disney route and not caring about customers because they think they have plenty. I won't be going back.

The Cheesecake Factory at the Summit needs to have a hostess at the door and direct people to where they need to go as well as add an outdoor window with awning for to go orders and to buy cheesecake only. The chaos and confusion was ridiculous. The wait time was ridiculous and watching people get seated that came in way after us was very frustrating.

I had a curbside pickup today and had an overall bad experience, other than the food which was good as expected. The instructions for curbside pickup read as follows. “When you arrive, please wait in our parking lot. We will text you when your order is ready & will bring it out to you.” There was no clearly marked spot to park when arriving so i chose to simply stop at the curb outside of the restaurant, out of the roadway of course. I then waited nearly 15 minutes past my pickup time before going inside to retrieve my order. I was told that I’m “supposed to call because we don’t have any cameras outside to see who’s there.” I don’t blame this employee but i am very frustrated with whoever trained them. As someone with severe anxiety, this was a very exhausting experience for me. If you’re looking to order food from The Cheesecake Factory, do not go to the Thousand Oaks, CA location. Or at least don’t use their poor curbside pickup system.

Dine out

I just had dinner at countryside cheesecake factory. The bathroom was not clean, no no toilet paper and paper towels all over the bathroom floor. Dinner was no better. I ordered one of their specials and for $25. It was quite the disappointment. I politely took the rest of my food home and promptly will throw it out, it was a very negative experience and doubtful. I will ever go back to a cheesecake factory.

The Cheesecake Factory at the mall is terrible from them not being able to process gift cards on line to waiting 20 plus mins on the phone to place an order, to waiting 15 mins to pick up after receiving a text it was ready at a certain time……. Terrible! The employees are nice enough and the food was not excellent but I’ll never pay out of pocket to them. Highly recommend picking another place. The business’s plan needs revamped.

My pickup order was horrible and staff was very rude on the phone.

We went to cheese cake factory all enjoying the weather then they said we must wait 2 HOURS OR MORE who ganna wait that long don't lie pretty fancy tho. But who is ganna wait 2 frickin hours just to sit down and wait more hours for food?
