Excellent service from Crocks! Very quick dispatch of my order, with the item very well packaged. Plus the casserole was offered at a very competitive price. I hadn’t come across Crocks before but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Thank you for your review, delighted we helped, we try and recycle our packaging and have cut down on it a bit now, but as some of our kitchenware items are breakable we do sometimes get a bit carried away, but will keep our eye on this!

Excellent fast service. Saw in the shop last year which is huge and amazing and has everything you could possibly want, but didn’t need it at the time. Went online and bought as don’t live in the area.

Great product which was speedily delivered, but what I really loved was it also arrived with a warm personal touch :) A little thing perhaps, but quite rare in the transactional world of online shopping! Highly recommended.
