Our business emails are frequently down and we’re told that someone has entered a password incorrectly which isn’t the case. There is a very slow or non existent response to tickets and any phone numbers no longer work.
The company used to be responsive and the customer service was great, not sure what’s happened but it’s now completely unworkable.

Broken auto-renew option for domain names so they run out.
No customer service, no support tickets responded to.
No email for 48 hours...
Help is un contactable they do not answer emails, tickets, phone is disconnected. My emails have been down for 2 days. No help nothing. As far as I can see there are trying to reconcile MX to the wrong IP address. My customers are having to use WhatsApp etc to get hold of me as they are getting no such email etc. This is pathetic, we will be moving. Who are Grid Host I paid The Email Shop. Un be known to me the support team did reply to me. However, I was out of the office all day. So never saw the problem. Also no warning was received that thr ip address needed changing back. If you did send an email I did not recurve it as my emails were down. Still all resolved for now. You keep changing the DNS server how are we supposed to keep up. Last email I had told me to change the ip address. You changed it back. You did not inform me of this until I asked why no emails. If that is good customer service then...

They are uncontactable
They are uncontactable. Telephone numbers don't work. It seems my domain and email are with gridhost, who are also uncontactable. My domain lapsed (despite being sure it was valid until Nov 2026) and so was deactivated. Lost all incoming emails. The chat bot just goes in circles with no way to speak to a person. No response to tickets. I have NHS emails for medical conditions Im no longer receiving. I even tried purchasing a renewal for the domain but nothing changed (apart from my wallet being lighter). Im pulling my hair out here. Please, please avoid this provider.
Still waiting for refund of account…
Still waiting for refund of account credit after being double billed. My ticket was opened over a year ago and it gets closed automatically after 3 days with no response so I have to reopen it. Terrible customer service, be very wary.

We’ve been using them for a number of years and the service and price has been pretty good. I’m the last year or so though there have been multiple service outages some lasting 24 hours +
Support are virtually impossible to talk to and can take a few days to reply to emails/tickets. We’re hoping that it’s a glitch and normal service will be restored soon.

Generally great service. There seemed to be several days in 2024 when the email service was down. Rarely lasted more than a few hours but irritating . Otherwise very efficient

Very poor customer service
Been with this company a week and already annoyed with them. Asked the same question 3 times relating billing and they have not even acknowledged the question, I am transferring my domain (thankfully only 1 at this point) away and will not deal with this unprofessional service.
