Réponse de The Fish Works Pond Shop
Hi Sydney, This is Milo from The Fish Works. I am very sorry for the delay in receiving this parcel. I have just checked your tracking info and your parcel was delivered today at approx 10:30am. I had this one shipped out on the 29th of October, unfortunately as you live in a rural area regional shipping can take our couriers some time. I would like to give you some free fish food or water treatment as a personal apology for the delay, please reach out to me on 0426494414 and I can get this sorted for you!
Cheers,
Milo
