Réponse de The Fish Works Pond Shop
My apologies Allan, we have a photo of the plastic water lily that you purchased sitting on a brickwall and this is what we shipped you. I really wasn't trying to deceive you at all.
We will make it clearer that this is a plastic water lily in our advertising.
My apologies again, we shipped the product pictured but I will endeavour to make it clearer that this is not a live water lily.
If you want a full refund please call us on 0449 255 652
Sincerely
Matt

Great service and advice
Great service and advice. Went out of their way to answer questions by email (on days the shop wasn’t open even). Delivery was very quick. Haven’t yet installed the system for a pond, but have a lot of confidence in the Oase products sold.
