We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

Lovely company and great craftsmanship
I had a very particular set of circumstances which meant I had no living room furniture. I ordered sofas from The Lounge Co just within the 8 week suggested timeframe for delivery for Christmas. I spoke with customer services and explained my situation. They could not have been more helpful. My sofas arrived in good time for Christmas. The delivery guys were on time and very helpful. The sofas are simply beautiful. The cloth and colour are gorgeous and they are just so very well made. Thank you everyone at The Lounge Co for your kindness, help and expertise.

The service was seam less from ordering in store, to organising and receiving the sofa delivery. Both store staff and delivery drivers were professional, attentive and efficient. Our new sofa is beautiful and very comfortable, very pleased with our purchase.

Great service and very friendly staff!
The company was recommended to me through a friend and I am so happy I actually went into the shop in Angel to have a look. The staff, Evrim and Paulina were so helpful. They took a lot of time helping me pick the right sofa and fabric. Made such a change to go into a shop and not buy online.
They made me a cup of tea and went through all the details with me on my first visit. Not pushy in the slightest as it’s not based on commission. Giving you space to look around and being on hand when you have questions. I came back weeks later to buy the sofa and they remembered me and exactly what I wanted.
Highly recommend going in as you get loads of advice and a really friendly welcome!

Couldn’t have done anything better!
Staff were so helpful and patient in the Islington store whilst I was choosing. They delivered a little earlier than estimated which was great! And even the delivery company were so nice and friendly setting it up and taking away our sofa plus all the packaging. The sofa is perfect and so comfortable I have recommended to so many people!

We ordered our sofa over the phone. The people we spoke to were excellent. The information they gave us was really helpful and everyone was so friendly. The whole experience covered 6 weeks. The sofa was delivered within the timescale they gave us and the delivery company were here spot on time. This has been been the third sofa we have bought from you and the service by your staff has been brilliant each time. That's why you have had our custom each time. Best of all the sofa is absolutely brilliant. The colour is just what we wanted.
