Our whole experience was really great, from the place in Chippenham, through to the showroom in Chiswick, through to the guys delivering and assembling it. Sofas were delivered ahead of schedule and are unbelievably comfy. We saw SO many sofas, over many months and are really pleased we finally found these ones.

Fantastic all round service from ordering to delivery

We have several cats, one of whom is prone to scratching and who managed to decimate the existing leather sofas and chair. Having done a great deal of research both online and in various stores, we opted for 2 Madison sofas in the Family Friendly soft velvet materials. There was some delay in the production of the sofas and communication could have been better throughout this process, but we have had the sofas for over a year now and we have been really impressed with the design and the quality. The sofas look beautiful and are extremely comfortable (we went for the firm cushions). The cats have caused no damage, despite attempts at scratching and the Aquaclean technology means that any marks are easy to remove. I would recommend the Lounge Company wholeheartedly, particularly to any pet owners who are keen to combine style, durability and value for money. I will definitely be buying my next sofa from here.

Seat appears to be of very high quality and is really comfortable. A beautiful addition to the home. It arrived earlier than predicted and was deliverd by two strong guys in a careful, professional manner.

I missed 1st delivery I was asleep. The delivery men rang and came at the end of their working day to deliver. They were very careful and efficiently quick.

Excellant customer service, I purchased a sofa and the material was in the sale but I was contacted to say this material was out of stock so I was advised I could chose any other material and was quickly sent samples and chose a material and this was at no extra cost. Delivery was straight forward and the legs was fitted and all packaging was taken away.
Sofa is beautiful and really comfortable, so pleased with it and would not hesitate to order again.

I ordered my sofa and armchair from the Lounge Co. after admiring a friends sofa and she recommended The Lounge Co. I never went into a shop - everything was done via the website.
I ordered using the Black Friday discount but unfortunately my fabric was unavailable - the customer Service team were brilliant and helped me with a replacement.
I was then worried that I would slip on delivery time - but I shouldn't have read the bad reviews and worried - it was delivered earlier than expected with a lot of clear communications and the delivery company were excellent - so helpful and accommodating.
Recently I had a problem with one of the feet - I had to provide a photo of the problem and within a week it has been replaced.
I have been so impressed by this company - the service from everyone I dealt with was so good, the style, quality and comfort of my sofa is way more than I expected - I am one happy customer who highly recommends The Lounge Co.

Lovely sofa, great communication and value for money

I visited the shop in Islington before Christmas. I loved the prints on the furniture, but hadn’t planned to buy anything. Luckily we saw an item on sale for a very reduced price, so bought and took home. The staff were incredibly friendly and chatty and helped us with the sale even though it was reduced. When we got the items home, they fit in so nicely and were so comfy that we bought another matching sofa full price! They’re really sturdy items, but look elegant and are really supportive when you sit on them. Our animals also love them and they’re really easy to clean
