Bulging cushions, great to sit on!

Really happy with our sofa and snuggler (which was bigger than we'd expected!), ever so comfy to lounge around on.

Great value and customer service

Great experience! I've spent days browsing different stores and Lounge Co had some of the best couches combining style and comfort, at a great value.

I ended up going to the Islington store 4 times and each time was greeted by the team in the best way possible (shoutout to Momo, Paulina, and the rest).

Ended up ordering a Rose 3-seater and got the delivery pretty smoothly. So far pretty happy.

Beautiful sofa

Sofa was ordered online and initial queries were promptly answered. Delivery was made within the expected time frame. The sofa is lovely and my only minor criticism is that the foam cushions are not as firm as I expected with one of the seat cushions feeling quite a bit softer than the other one even though I keep rotating them.

Very comfortable sofa

The whole purchase process was good, the communication was clear and also the delivery was on the exact time they said it would be.
The sofa’s quality is excellent and it’s so cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

The worst experience with a company…

The worst experience with a company ever. We were delivered a faulty sofa which is yet to to be fixed 4 months later. We waited 5 months instead of 5 weeks for the delivery and we still don’t have a product which works. It’s dangerous to use as a sofa bed and after all of these months of getting nowhere we’ve decided we’ll have to buy something elsewhere. The staff are lovely in store but the process and hassle with the company is definitely not worth the headache. I would avoid at all costs!

Most of our furniture is made in our own factories however sofa beds are made by a specialist sofa bed manufacturer. Unfortunately, our manufacturer has had significant operational challenges which has caused the delays that you are experiencing. We understand how disappointing this is. As a result of this we have stopped selling these until we are confident that they are able to support our customers in the way we expect.

Great service

Great customer service from beginning to end both in the Chiswick store, arranging delivery and the actual delivery. The sofas were too big for our main entrance but delivery guys persevered and we got them in after a lot of effort! A big thank you!

Bad bad customer service

I went into the Chiswick store this afternoon and had the worst customer experience. When we walked in, the lady at the counter looked at us in a confused way and didn't say hello. In fact she ignored us. As we were walking around, noone offered to help us, despite offering other customers help. When we decided to leave after looking around, we said goodbye, which was again met by a blank disinterested stare by both sales assistants. I won't be buying from them.

Great

The experience at the store was fabulous, I can't remember the lady's name that helped us but she was wonderful. HOWEVER the delivery experience goes down as the worst I have ever experienced I am planning on writing a proper review for this but still minor PTSD, whatever company you are using STOP. The men that came where so rude and if I am to completely honest looking for any excuse to not deliver, when I spoke to them on the phone and I said it is a tricky road to park, he replied "well then this will be a problem." When he arrived I said I've arranged for my neighbour to move his SUV for you right outside he said "you will have to arrange for another day." My neighbour said he will block the road so they can carry the sofa on to the street and then fit in the space. Finally they agreed. When I showed them my old sofa, "we can't take it as it was dismantled" I wrongly assumed this is part of what i paid for....so they watched me take it apart. You have to remember I had been waiting for this sofa and so excited for it to arrive before xmas. As two large men watched me on my hands and knees take apart the sofa they sniffed at the stairs and the other delivery route i showed them and then said "it can't get in here" THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT to even try. So long painful story short they left the sofa in my neighbours house and me and him took it into the property. Under duress they made me sign a form saying all was ok but to be honest I thought they were pathetic and I was proving to them that everything could be done. LAZY LAZY LAZY. I am sure they drive round delivering as few sofas as possible. Ruined my entire experience of Loungeco. And I will be publishing this review elsewhere.

It's disappointing to hear that you felt that you received poor customer service. Having checked your order we can see that no complaints have bee raised.

Our Customer Experience Manager has spoken with you to understand your complaint.

You have mentioned that you thought the furniture was made ready to deliver and communication about what would happen in terms of contact was not good. This is all stated in the email we send after you place your order.

You were disappointed that we were unable to send a swatch. We did advise that the fabric was discontinued and can assure you that every effort was made to source a sample, sadly this was not possible.

We contacted you close to the estimated completion date to advise that there had been a delay. We accept that the communication around what date you could expect to receive your furniture was not clear, we will address this moving forward.

Your order was placed for pre-Christmas delivery and this was completed. Because of a small delay there was only 1 pre-Christmas delivery date available however the order was delivered in the week it was expected.

You have mentioned that the colour is not exactly what you were expecting. We have advised that you have a 14 day money back guarantee and can return the furniture if you are not entirely happy.
