Unable to order what I wanted online I messaged the company. They could not have been more helpful. Service was prompt, efficient and Katie was a pleasure to deal with, even emailing me to confirm technical problem with online ordering was solved. Product arrived on time, beautifully packaged and delicious as expected.

Great products
Great products, well packaged and delivered as promised. Only issue I have is the Continue shopping option on the website after picking an item doesn't seem to take me back to shopping!

These are the best pies we have had in years great pastry and nice filling. We sampled pies and pasties are extremely impressed.

The perfect pies for busy farmers!
We are farmers and during harvest have little time to prepare and cook a proper meal at night. We found The Original Baker’s pies by accident. Wow! They are lovely!
Straight into the oven and in 45 minutes we have a fabulous meal at the end of a very long day. Delicious!

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your delivery. This is hugely disappointing for us too.
We would always ask customers to please contact us if your products arrive in a condition you deem unacceptable, we can then look to resolve any issues, or set your mind at rest that the goods will be fine. We have tested the delivery process thoroughly and are confident the products are safe to cook and consume or freeze immediately provided they arrive on the date shown within the packaging.
Unfortunately, when using a courier service we cannot control the care and attention given to the package. The box left us in perfect condition and was damaged in transit. I know we spoke on the phone about the box being held at the depot due to the damage and, as agreed sent a replacement order out the next working day. I am really sorry this happened on this occasion
I apologise again for any disappointment, and if we can be of any further assistance please do either give us a call or an email, we will be more than happy to assist.

The pies were as good as I remembered…
The pies were as good as I remembered but were quite thawed when they arrived. I would welcome the option to click and collect from the factory to ensure that they were still frozen when they got home. Also the promised tracking information from the courier was non-existent.

So pleased to hear you enjoyed the pies! We have tested the delivery process thoroughly and are confident the products are safe to cook and consume or freeze immediately as long as they arrive on the date shown inside the packaging. We are working on alternative delivery/collection methods for more local buyers and will keep customers updated with any updates.
You certainly should have received tracking information from our courier, I will take this up with them to ensure email/text updates are provided in the future. (As an aside if you haven't already it might be worth checking your junk folder just in case it slipped into there.)
