The friendly service and the frequency of the shuttles to and from the airport terminals.

We always leave our car in the covered area of The Parking Spot East when we fly out of St Louis. Usually about 4 times a year. The shuttles run on a timely schedule and the drivers are helpful. The bottle of water as you leave is a nice touch.

This is a solid company with good staff. They are efficient and the transport vans are comfortable as well as well ventilated. I have been using them for several years. They used to be called Park n' Fly. I have been with them since then.

The online reservation and payment system works well. There is a bit of a discount for reserving online, too. You never have to wait long for the driver to pick you up at your car. On the return trip, airport pickup is timely. The drivers are consistently friendly and accommodating, regardless of the hour.

Our drivers were professional and kind. We were picked up and dropped off right at our car.

WE like the convenience for parking, shuttle drop off and pickup and return to our car. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. We use covered parking simply because of the storm weather in Kansas can be accompanied by hail.

The drivers are always very nice & helpful with our luggage. We don't have any issues getting the shuttles to and from timely. The vehicle has always been safe on return from our trip. We always park at The Spot 2

I use the Parking Spot every month traveling for business. Shuttles run frequently.

The wait time suck! I waited 20 minutes for them to pick me up while there were buses going in and out the gate! I had to call the front gate from someone to come and pick me up. The Parking Spot 2 used to be good but not anymore. While I waited 3 buses drove around picked up others and went out the gate with me waiting to be picked up.

Convenience and reliability are important to me and the Parking Spot has both. Getting off the plane and being taken directly to my car is wonderful.

The drivers were prompt, friendly and quite helpful.

I can park my car and get to the airport so quick! It's far easier to navigate than the airport parking and adds zero extra time. I use it every time my family and I fly!

Honest it all seemed fine easy to find we went away for a week and paid in full before we left, One sign of a problem when calling them on the phone to pick us up was the girl on the phone seemed Illiterate, Her explanation of where to get picked up made no sense, we called 3 times just to get picked up. So the prepay was 176.00 for 5 days, ok no problem when we went to take our car they said there were lot fees of another 43.00 ? I asked for what? the guy at the gate could not explain I said no we are paid in full tell your boss that! Long story short he had no idea it is a bullshit fake charge that businesses do, I will file a complaint with the BBB tomorrow, Beware!!!
