If there's a wait, it's small. The drivers are always eager to help with bags and our travel is less stressful knowing our vehicles are safe with you. We're especially grateful for your reasonable rates, especially with coupons. Buffalo is lucky to have theParkingSpot as a travel option!

Latonia at The Parking Spot 2 provided exceptional customer service! I accidentally booked my arrival date for a day earlier than I needed, and she was incredibly helpful in getting it corrected. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick and completely stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Latonia is a true asset to The Parking Spot 2, and I really appreciate all of her help! Five stars all the way!

Friendly and Calm
Friendly and calm staff as travel can be stressful. They don't complicated that nor do they add to it. I also like that there is a van almost always on the way. :) Not sure the app is up to par but it can be helpful. Thanks for the ride!
