The Parking Spot Avis 

I use The Parking Spot South at least once a month and they are predictably helpful and friendly. This last trip they truly went out of their way. I noticed that my low tire light was on just as I pulled in to catch my flight so I mentioned to the return driver a week later (in the early evening on a Sunday) that I might have a flat. He got out and looked at it and we determined that I could make it to the office just 100 yards away. They were already waiting for me to check my tire pressure (it was at 12PSI!) and fill it up so that I could make it home and get it repaired the next day. I had apparently run over a screw and had a slow leak as a result. Thank you Parking Spot for taking all of the stress away.

It is very convenient, the location is secure and the drivers go of their way to be courteous, personable, and helpful with our luggage.

So easy. We parked, got picked up immediately and taken to airport. Landed 2 weeks later. Got picked up immediately and taken to our car. It could not have been easier. The only hitch was the machine would not take our credit card at 1:30 in the morning as we were headed home. Luckily,there was a live person there with a big smile and took care of the card quickly. We were rewarded with 2 ice cold bottles of water. We will so so so use them again!

The pickup and drop off have been much better the past couple of years. There have only been a couple of times that we have had to wait more than 10 minutes for either shuttle. I had an issue with my reservation and payment upon leaving at the end of our trip. (It said that we parked in the wrong area and had to pay a balance of $104. This was incorrect because I parked where I was instructed in the covered parking area and I explained this to the attendant.) The attendant at the exit had it resolved in about 1 minute and we were headed home. Thank you! See you next month!

You pick us up right away and bring us back to our car right away and you guys work hard and do a good job

Excellent customer service. Their drivers are personable and always eager to help lift luggage. I also like this facility as it’s closer to the airport than some of the other ones. I’ve always had a positive experience using this facility multiple times this year.

Very convenient for our family, never had issues with the car, the shuttles are where we need them in seconds!!! The personnel is very kind and knowledgeable… just very, very good experience with this self parking service. We used it for both international and domestic flights! Love it and we will always use it when flying out of Newark!

We liked every aspect of our experience - we had a great, covered parking spot, the staff with whom we interacted were personable and professional, we were picked-up and dropped-off at our car, and we found the price very reasonable. We like that we can reserve a spot ahead of time, so no need to worry about finding an open spot. I had to unexpectedly increase my stay and it was easy to do so on the app.
