Very friendly people. Fast service.

I always use Parking Spot 2. My reasons: easy access to/from the highway, less crowded than other parking lots and a favorable rate, and timely access to any terminal/airline carrier.

Quick pick up to the airport and on return as well. Drivers are friendly and helpful.

Your website was very easy to use. your staff has been very helpful at all times I or my family have use your service.

Good people work here whether they were a driver or the person helping us check out. Quality folks who know what they’re doing!

Convenient parking and affordable

The reservation process was quick and easy. Clean and spacious parking lot. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m. the only pick up is in terminal 4.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick pick up and delivery to and from the airport. Clean and comfortable vehicles. My vehicle was safe upon my return. Despite my delayed flight they were flexible and were there to pick us up.

The parking itself was fine. Easy drop off and pick up, with timely transportation.

Where they lost me was the extra services I paid for. I paid for a full detail through The Parking Spot and was very disappointed with the results. The interior still has visible streaks from the cleaning fluid all over the surfaces, and the dashboard was left dirty — it clearly wasn’t wiped down properly. On the outside, the car is covered in spots, and every window has spotting as well, so it looks like it wasn’t rinsed or dried correctly.

For what this service costs, I expected a genuinely clean vehicle inside and out. Unfortunately this fell far short, and I would not recommend getting a detail done here.

Have used them numerous times throughout the years. Always had a good experience and felt the service is a great value and convenient. In fact, I am using them again tomorrow!

It’s super easy. They direct you and then come directly to pick you up, it’s great.

I like that I never have to wait very long at all when I arrive and park before a shuttle bus is there to pick me up. I also do not have to wait too long to be picked up at the airport to get back to me car. I love The Parking Spot. And the drivers have all been very friendly with good customer service.

Every single one of your staff is ALWAYS so pleasant and helpful. Even though your entrance gate is automatic, with no attendant needed to help you get in, someone still always greets me in a very friendly way. Your drivers are always extremely polite and helpful as well. I have never had a bad experience here, and I also feel very safe at your facility. Your entire team really sticks out as having top notch service above many, many other companies out there, in a day and age where customer service is rapidly declining.
