Excellent Service and Great Range of Products
Visited The Perfume Shop in Liverpool One on Sunday 16 February 2025. Extremely happy with the service I received and I was also very happy to learn that the Jimmy Choo product I bought also had a body lotion available which I bought. I had been told elsewhere at another store that the body lotion was only sold in the EU and not the UK, so this was an added bonus along with an additional 20% off the total price. Also signed up to the VIP Rewards as I was super impressed with the staff, particularly Claire who served me.

Mell the manager was extremely helpful…
Mell the manager was extremely helpful and very articulate she provided excellent customer service and offered me a gift wrapping service for my click and collect order with a personalised ribbon which was a lovely cute gesture and Mell was just all round so happy to help she was an absolute pleasure to have serve me. Highly recommended!!

I was unsure on what perfume to get as I don’t know a great deal but there was a girl Sarah who helped me and she was lovely. She showed me the most popular ones and her personal favourite. I ended up buying one she recommended.

Quick and easy returns
I bought perfume online but ordered to wrong on so returned it to the Liverpool shop and bought the correct one instead. The refund was easily and quickly organised by the assistant and was credited to my card account in about three days.
