Wedding Fragrance
Today me and my partner went into store looking for our wedding fragrance. The girl serving us (Abi) was incredibly helpful and gave a few different fragrances to try. She was incredibly friendly and didn't pressure us into buying. Safe to say I went back and brought my fragrance from there!

Karen Store Assistant at Upper Mall…
Karen Store Assistant at Upper Mall Merry Hill fantastic service on my recent visit, normally shop at Boots for fragrance but due to the excellent customer service will now be using The Perfume Shop.
Karen was very attentive showing me gift sets, comparing prices and even giving me a guide on the Ribbon Machine to personalise my gift and she wrapped it as well

Merry Hill 2 (Lower Floor)
Walked into the Perfume Shop on the lower floor of Merry Hill today and was greeted by Sara Craddock. Wow, patience of a saint, I’m a really indecisive person but she stayed with me the whole time. Best part was she interacted with my 6 year old son, made him feel part of the conversation and the experience, which has never happened at any other Perfume Shop before.
I only went in for a sniff but walked away with 2 travel pods, I could have bought more but no shop seems to stock a tester for the Gisada Ambassador line.
The customer service was exceptional from Sara, I was shocked when I asked if she was the store manager and she replied no, she definitely deserves a promotion in my eyes.
