I am absolutely disappointed with the service of the perfume shop I ordered a perfume from one of the shop in Stratford the perfume wasn't available at that time the lady told we can order online it can come to your home in 3 working days I ordered on 21st September still no sign I contacted the helpline they say it's back to shop once we recieve we will refund your money
It was a gift for my wife's birthday I am utterly disgusted with it really not happy it's my first and last time with the perfume shop.

I appreciate how upsetting this must have been, especially as the fragrance was intended to be a birthday gift for your wife. After being advised in-store that the item could be ordered and delivered within a few working days, it must have been incredibly frustrating to then be left without the gift in time for the occasion.
Having investigated your case further, I can see that the parcel was unfortunately returned by Royal Mail because the delivery address provided on the order was incomplete, as the flat number was missing. As Royal Mail was unable to successfully deliver the parcel, it was returned to us, which is why a refund is now required. I completely understand how disappointing this outcome must have been, particularly given the occasion the purchase was intended for.
I can also see that, following discussions with our Customer Services team, you advised that you no longer wished to receive the item and requested a refund instead. As the parcel is being returned to our warehouse, the refund can be processed once it has been received and checked by our returns team.
I would like to sincerely apologise for the delay in receiving your refund and for the inconvenience, disappointment and frustration caused throughout this experience. I appreciate that waiting for the parcel to be returned and processed has only added to your dissatisfaction, and I am very sorry that we were unable to provide the experience you expected.
If you have any further questions regarding your refund, please continue to communicate with our Customer Services team via the Contact Us section of our website, and they will be happy to assist.
