Great service in store
Great service in store. They ordered on Wednesday at 4pm and arrived in the post by Friday midday. Excellent. I would recommend some bubble wrap or paper packing as the perfume was rattling around the huge box. Fortunately no damage done but won't be opening until the 15th December, fingers crossed ok.

Amazing customer service — shaz from the Stratford store
I went to the Stratford store branch and spent a good amount of time with shaz who really put her all into helping me find the perfect scent for me. I was very 50/50 about trying on a new scent but we found one that’s perfect. Also btw shaz it’s been about an hour or so since we sprayed it on my hand and the dry down on this scent smells even more amazing.

The worst customer service experience.d
The worst customer service experience.
I wanted to buy a 100ml YSL Y but the staff advised that I should buy 200ml YSL Y as it can be refilled so I would be better off on the longer run.
I went back to the store and at this point they said they can't refil it - just appauling service and contradicting policies.
Would not recommend at all!!!
