Very fast to answer questions!
I ordered a Block of the Month kit. At checkout there wasn't the option to order the entire kit all at once. So I just left a short little note explaining what I was after, within the hour, I had an answer and was processed promptly! I was shocked because it was after 8 pm MST. I am looking forward to getting my kit and starting it! Thank you Quilted Boutique!

I finally got my order yesterday August…
I finally got my order yesterday August 20. It took over 10 days to come from Paris.On to Chilliwack B C. but that’s not the quilted boutiques fault. It was worth the wait. Beautiful fabric for my next log cabin quilt and already cut just open and sew. What more would I want. Thank you so much.

Up date to: Sent the wrong item. Rec'd a call from The Quilted Boutique. Wanted me to change my review before they did anything. My MC has not been credited at all as stated.
Sent the wrong item, but charged my CC the higher amount....
Philip said he would send the correct item out today. I said I needed it Monday for a retreat... The incorrect one took 2 weeks to arrive so I'll see what happens.
I do have a backup plan though, just in case.
So not happy right now.

We are genuinely sorry that you received the incorrect item. Mistakes do occasionally happen, and as soon as you contacted us, Philip acknowledged the error and immediately offered to send the correct item.
Normally, an incorrectly shipped item would need to be returned before a replacement is sent. However, when you explained that you hoped to have the item for your Monday retreat, we agreed to send the replacement without waiting for the return in an effort to help you as quickly as possible.
We would also like to clarify the shipping timeline mentioned in the review. The order was placed August 6. Due to our weekend and Monday closure, August 12 was our first opportunity to arrange the UPS pickup. While we certainly understand the frustration of waiting for something you need, the original order did not take two weeks to ship.
We wish we had been given the opportunity to complete the resolution before receiving a 1-star review, particularly since we responded to the problem and immediately began working to correct it.
We are a small business and, while we cannot promise that a human error will never occur, we can promise that when one does, we will acknowledge it and make every reasonable effort to put it right.
We sincerely hope your replacement reaches you in time and that you have a wonderful retreat.

You stated during our telephone conversation that you wished to keep the item you received in error, while also receiving and keeping a second shipment, along with the additional products, without payment for the extra goods, and extra shipments.

I ordered one of the log cabin quilt kits. I found that I was short a couple strips. I emailed them about the problem! They immediately set out to get them to me!
The package got lost in the mail! They worked diligently to take care of the problem! They got my strips to me and included extras! I very much trust this company an will have no problems doing buesiness.with them again!
