I made a pre-order purchase plus a few other items. The response was quick. As I don’t need my other items right away, I emailed and asked if they could just send the whole purchase together when the pre-order arrives. Again, the response was quick and they were happy to accommodate my request. I know the wait will be worth it. Such a lovely on-line quilt shop. Lots of fabulous fabrics!!

there was a lot of confusion and unclear information, the lady is very rude . this was my first time ordering patterns, and will be the last from this company. I tried to cancel my order, that has not been filled, and she refused. I have no expected date of when I will receive my patterns, but one is no longer of use to me.

Hello Brenda, the pattern you purchased is a pre-order. Your pattern you ordered from Sweetwater Chilly fabric collection and matching inspiration projects is due to be released by Moda in June. Your order will ship when the product arrives from Moda. You can take 2 shipments if you like, a second shipping fee would apply.

I love your fabrics. When I asked a questions they were answered in a timely manner. The only request I would have is that a pattern be with fabric when it arrives. I realize it is sent electronically, however not all of us are computer savvy, nor do all of us have printers. I await my next order.
