Exemplary customer service from Ellie Lisbon. She was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Two replacement thermostat control panels sent out under warranty the same day, and received within 24 hours-brilliant!!

If you buy a ThermoSphere Dual control and it is commissioned incorrectly, have no fear as Ellie Lisbon is at the end of the phone waiting to help resolve any issues. She is exceptional! She really understands the product. Her professionalism is a credit to the after sales service offered by ThermoSphere.

I just wanted to leave a review for Ellie as she was exceptional on the phone yesterday! She helped me re programme my thermostat and made is so easy. I have had installed in my house 3 underfloor heating mats in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I have called ( too many times!! ) to ask for help on programming the thermostat. I have dealt mainly with Ellie . I never write reviews but I am so impressed with her she desrves one! She is super helpful, friendly and has the HUGEST amount of patience which is very rare when dealing with customer services sometimes!! She deals with things very calmly and has a good sense of humour to boot !. I am super impressed with this company , their products are great and the after care 100 %. Thanks Thermoshere

At the beginning of 2022 we moved into a newly refurbished house fitted with thermoSphere underfloor heating and Thermostats. We have been really pleased with the air thermoSphere products but in the week before Christmas one of the LED displays in a Thermostat developed a fault. thermoSphere customer services were extremely helpful and the next day a replacement thermostat arrived on my doorstep. I have nothing but praise for the efficiency and helpfulness of this company and their customer services department.

Our builder recommended Thermosphere UFH products for our new kitchen extension build. We bought it from a local tile shop and were very impressed with the performance and product. Not only does the floor heat up really well, but also heats the room. And the thermostats look great.

Our company installed hundreds of electrical underfloor heatings including the Dual Touch Coontroller and heated towel rails by Thermosphere on a high end residental project in central London. The whole supply chain worked very well. Thermosphere support over the construction period was excellent. We had absolutely no claims and can recommend Thermosphere.

Ellie was exceptional, she was knowledgeable and for the first time in a long time I really felt as though I was talking to an expert, ultimately her technical advice and support regrading towel bars and glass panel heaters led to us making a decision to move away from traditional plumbed heating to electric.

We have used Thermosphere a few times now and Ruben has been absolutely brilliant. It's never too much trouble to amend quotes and answer our queries. The product itself it also the best we have used and makes UFH installations so much easier. It is a pleasure to work with them and would highly recommend.

Very impressed with Ruben Reynolds and his service in sorting out a B2B issue with one of our clients. Called on Friday afternoon to request additional stock and it was delivered directly to the customer (in Northern Ireland) by Monday afternoon. Can't fault it at all.

Actually won a competition for some thermophere membrane and a thermostat. Was incredibly pleased with how fast they processed the order and the communication. Would definitely recommend and would use them again

I have contacted ThermoSphere a couple of times about questions I had before both ordering and installation. On both occasions they were very quick to respond and were very helpful in clarifying my technical questions. Would highly recommend!

Great experience when wanting advice and help to purchase some 12 v heated towel rails, David Cowley at their head office provided great customer service and helped me get delivery direct in 24 hrs despite having purchased via a wholesaler.
Now they are installed they look very smart and perform faultlessly and despite the significant extra cost compared with normal electric towel rails / radiators we think they are worth every penny.

Having used a ThermoSphere heating system in my Bathroom for a couple of years, it made sense to add another ThermoSphere thermostat when installing UFH in my Kitchen. After getting everything installed, tested and connected, I tried to connect to the wireless hub, and started to struggle. One call to Lirona @ ThermoSphere, and she talked through a fix, with me, which resulted in a faulty hub being identified. This didn't pose a problem at all, as by the following day I had received a replacement, had installed it and had both UFH systems working on the hub wirelessly - absolutely fabulous service!
