I have been visiting the tanning shop Oxford street for over 4 months now I started with their red light therapy bed and have taken advantage of their extremely well priced packages especially the membership package they offer which is fantastic I get to use the red light therapy bed every day for 31 days at a fraction of what it would cost me anywhere else and the benefits I’ve seen from feeling more energised to sleeping better to clearer skin complexion faded hyperpigmentation tighter pours hair looking healthier and fuller to better muscle recovery especially after intense workouts is quite frankly magical, red light therapy really works and The tanning shop Oxford street is the place to go for this amazing none invasive treatment the staff are super friendly warm and welcoming it’s like popping round to a friends so lovely, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable of every product in store especially the gorgeous fabulous manager Tracy who I can only refer to as my guardian angel she has guided me through the whole process with such a high attention to detail I feel like a VIP every time I visit I now use there amazing selection of sunbeds and after Tracy’s wonderful years of experience advice had an amazing tan within the first week I couldn’t believe it I would definitely recommend using there sunbed’s if your looking for an all over glowing tan and if your new like I was an unsure ask the fabulous Tracy for advice she knows which bed is right for you how many minutes to do and even which tanning lotion to use for the best results, I look like I’ve been sunbathing on a tropical island an all I’ve done is pop to the tanning shop near Oxford street for a lot less then what it would have cost me to travel to a tropical island Thank you so much The tanning shop Oxford street for making every visit so amazing so look forward to my next visit which will be tomorrow looking and feeling good is addictive

Had a few sessions on the beds here, unfortunately not all good, while on a stand up the ‘music’ wasn’t at all music apparently the fan must of been damadged and I had 8 minutes of loud horrendous rattling, I think I must of spoke with the manageress as she was lovely ( hopefully the noise was sorted immediately)
Another time I asked for help as the bed came on too early and I couldn’t then correct it, no one came up for around 7/8 minutes so I was hanging around waiting, it must of been busy downstairs or something.
I phoned tonight at 21.40 to confirm if I turned up in 5 mins could I get in for a 6/8 minute bed but apparently the floors had already been mopped and ‘they don’t get paid after 10’ so not really.

Alisha at your Billericay branch is amazing.
She is always there, so I'm assuming she is the Manager.
She works so hard and is always happy and kind and so beautiful.
Such a breath of fresh air. I appreciate her lots.

Disappointing pricing strategy Why has The Tanning Shop withdrawn their spraytan packages? This is very disappointing and poor customer service, risking loss of customer loyalty.

I have been a regular customer for two years at the Finchley Road salon. I just wanted to show appreciation to two ladies who work there Erica and Kayleigh they are always so welcoming and friendly, they go above and beyond! Truly lovely ladies! Sadly I have to relocate to another branch. Please make sure they both get the recognition they deserve. Thanks again

I visited the Rugby Store on Wednesday for a walk in session as I haven’t been on a sunbed in a while & I had totally forgot how to use them.

The lady on reception (Becca) was lovely, really smiley, helpful and chatty & had a lovely energy.

She helped talk me through each bed and how to use them and guided me well, I also brought a cream with her advice and help on deciding what was best for me.

5 stars 🌟 amazing customer service, very clean and tidy shop and lovely staff.

I use the tanning shop Pendeford Wolverhampton. Lisa and Megan are always helpful and friendly and a visit just to see them makes my day. Fabulous customer service and genuine people too. Cannot speak highly enough of the place!

I visit the Crystal Peaks branch, as it’s the best tanning shop in Sheffield. Clean, great equipment and easy access. I’m always impressed with Natalie’s customer service, she always makes you feel very welcome. I have also received outstanding customer service from Megan, she is very friendly, highly efficient, always going above and beyond for customers. 5 stars!!

Tanning Shop, Kingston Upon Thames, used to be my regular until the machines always had faults - tubes broken, face bulbs broken - and I got fed up with just being offered more minutes on my next visit.

Went back this week as I was nearby.

The uninterested receptionist hardly looked up and told me the room number. Room was so cramped, it was a squeeze to get into the standup machine.

I have been going to Enfield branch for pass 1 1/2 year. And I have seen quite a. Few staff change very often.
To day I had booking for 11.00 O'clock appointment. What a welcome and service never had like it before on 11/2 year I have been going. Meghan done a very good service as I entre in side the shop. I booked 20 min standing sold me the cream, when I went to my both was very clean, with paper on floor, and wipes. Very excellent service by Meghqn.

The Tanning shop on Pendeford Avenue is fabulous and most importantly clean. I particularly like the jewel beds as they are powerfull but cool. Customer service is always on point and you always welcome!…. Plus it’s fun with seasonal offers and fun celebrations. Can’t fault the place! Em

Great value on longer courses

I've been using The Tanning Shop for years but after moving to the area recently have become a regular visitor here.

The whole shop is always spotlessly clean and the tanning rooms well stocked with everything you could need (love the music too!)

Lesley and all the other staff are absolutely lovely and could not be any more helpful. They really go out of their way for their customers: you're always greeted with a friendly face and they always have time for a chat.

The only problem I've had was in the Bond Street shop where I discovered my minutes weren't valid as the prices are higher there. (I checked the T&Cs later and that is mentioned, so it's my mistake for not reading them fully!)

It just would have been helpful if there was a way to, say, pay just the difference or deduct extra minutes from your account, so you can switch between shops. The guy who served me was lovely and explained that you can convert your minutes but it all sounded very complicated - I was pushed for time and there was already a massive queue behind me - so I paid the full price. It was just a bit annoying when I had stacks of minutes.

I’m absolutely shocked with my experience at The Tanning Shop in Colindale. The ‘bin’ in the room was just a bucket left on the floor and it was filthy. After using their sunbeds, I have caught RINGWORM! I’ve never ever caught anything before despite using sunbeds consistently for over three years elsewhere. Cleanliness and hygiene should literally be a top priority in a place like this, and it is clearly not

I’ve been using the tanning shop for about 6 months now. I hadn’t used a sunbed for 18 years so was really sceptical and worried. However I plucked up the courage to call in and have a session. I was greeted by the lovely Lisa who reassured me , she gave me great advice on the beds and what creams to use and buy.
The beds are always spotlessly clean .
Lisa is so welcoming always got a smile on her face, her bubbly personality makes every visit enjoyable. She goes above and beyond to fit me in when I haven’t booked . Lisa is a credit to the shop!
All staff are friendly and professional

Great service by a lovely lady Sally. Always laughing. Works very hard to keep the pristine upkeep of the branch. Always a smile on her face and happy to help with ani query.

Stop by today for a tanning session at the forum in Lincoln. The sun bed wouldn't turn on. Had to call reception 3 times after the third time I was totally frustrated got dressed and quitted the session. Back at the reception I asked for a refund thinking was fair as I did not get the service I had paid for it. The receptionist was down rude unprofessional and refused to give a refund. So I left the tanning shop feeling confused and shocked that I literally been scammed to my face in broad day light and there was nothing I could do about it. I have been a customer for years and never ever I had a problem with the previews team.

It improves well being aches and pains skin nails all in all it is great
The staff at the at the Hednesford branch are fantastic first class professional group of people
