Hednesford Tanning Shop
I recently visited Hednesford Branch after starting again for the summer. I had the pleasure of meeting Lily.. and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Due to not using the beds for a while, I had lost my colour and also forgotten how to use bits of the lay down bed.. Lily was more than happy to explain the bed to me again and the different settings and how to rebuild my tan up again. We also had a lovely discussion about the options of lotions that are available in the branch to buy and which would be most suitable for my skin. I cannot thank Lily enough for her service that evening, she was informative, friendly and got me on my bed on time.. it was a great welcome back to Hednesford store and I’d recommend for anyone to give it a try!

What fantastic service at the Mansfield Tanning Shop .. I’ve been going for a month, Kat and the team are amazing .. knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and always spotlessly clean beds and facilities. Not only do I highly recommend, I will be renewing my package :)

Broken machine
I visited your Stratford Upon Avon branch this evening for a spray tan, but unfortunately, the machine was not working. I was advised to email to request a refund for the £18.75 I paid for this service.
I had requested to receive the amount in sunbed minutes to use this evening instead of the inconvenience of awaiting a refund, but this option was not available which I find frustrating!
Whilst I appreciate this is beyond anyone’s control a little remorse would’ve gone a long way in this situation after a wasted journey to the branch!

Tanning shop Bedford, great customer service!!!
I went to the tanning shop in Bedford and it was my first time ever using a tanning bed and jasmine was fantastic at helping me with knowing what I needed to do and what’s the best for me. She was so lovely and kind and helpful and made the experience so wonderful.

Both Page and Caroline work like demons but always make you so welcome and you are the only person in the world, their commitment is that good. Caroline and Paige were a dream
Caroline and Paige were a dream! Everyone at the store are always so lovely but these two sorted me out with a lay down even though I’d booked a stand up and also gave me the best deal package with my blue light card. Thank you lovely ladies! I’ll see you in a couple of days ❤️

Poor product and poor service
Poor product and poor service - 6 tubes not working in stand-up machine, tanning session shut down randomly after 4 minutes of 7, person running the shop wasn’t able to refund me herself and waited on hold to head office for 5 minutes before I lost interest. Useless.

Booked today on my break from work for…
Booked today on my break from work for 2.40 the girl on the desk had no clue what she was doing . Paid for 12 mins £12 pound . Got to 303 still no bed asked for a refund as I had to go back to work was told I could not have one . Finally got the bed at 305 12 mins I could only do 6 as I had to get back to work the lady didn't even say sorry or goodbye. I wont be using them again
