I recently opened the bank account with you guys, but unfortunately you guys charge me for transaction fee and receiving money fee. I’m not happy I signed out it is free. Please don’t charge me anymore or refund the fee. You guys take it from my account when I make transaction.

There is no monthly fee with our Everyday account; however, you do pay for certain services as and when you use them. The charges for these services are set out in your terms and conditions and you can also view them on our website under the ‘Compare accounts’ section in the ‘Current account’ area.
If you find you often use services that carry fees, you may prefer our Smart or SmartPlus accounts. These include a monthly fee that covers most everyday use, with only limited extra charges for replacing a lost or damaged card.
We’d be happy to talk you through the different account options and help you find the one that best suits your needs. Please contact us via chat or phone if you’d like support with this.

Helpful to pay the bills by splitting the money coming in towards spending and what is available in manageable chunks. It does as described above instantly without being prompted so you can see what you have to spend/ save or whatever but if you need the money from the bills section you still have access to it.
Very easy banking app and friendly staff that are very helpful if needed.
Great bank, great app and accessible for any type of person.

Since opening my think money account,I have managed to get my finance's in control, and make sure all my bills are in order.Any questions I've had have been answered quickly by the customer service team. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I recently closed my think money…
I recently closed my think money account as it had served its purposed I will say it did help me out in the years I struggled with money/debt but I have no debt now and so much in control of my money and moved to another bank without the charge, so in many ways think money is good it’s not perfect buy I think they know that that’s why they keep updating it.

One or two issues
I may have left rewarding comments beforehand,however there are some facts that I overlooked.
Añnoying times "system updates"
No human contact at week ends, especially in the case of fraud. Nbthe case of human contact,making yourself explain to an advisor who does not speak English!!

I recently opened a think money bank account only to receive the biggest shock of my life they have charged me £4.95 for putting money into my account and to top it all when I tried to transfer what i had left in my account they said i hadnt enough to transfer to my other account I think it is absolutely ridiculous I shall be costing my account down

There is no monthly fee with our Everyday account; you only pay for certain services. The charges for those services are listed in your terms and conditions. You can also find them on the website under 'Compare accounts' in the 'Current account' section.
If you regularly use any of the services that come with charges, you might find switching to a Smart or SmartPlus account would be a better fit for you. These accounts have a monthly fee to cover everyday use and you would only face additional charges for things like replacing a lost or damaged card.
