Easy to book

It was so easy to book tickets especially as my daughter has a disability and I am her essential carer. On many sites it's hard to access a carer's ticket even though she has an "Access Card" so I am grateful that it was so easy on this site. Well done.

Good process apart from technical errors …

Queue time was short and ticket options were clear. I was using an IPad and then an iPhone as I was out and about when sale opened and ran into some technical problems. Having selected tickets when I went to move on I was not allowed access with an error message saying VPN or iCloud settings were wrong. I tried again in my phone and got through to basket fortunately tickets were still available but frustrating for a while . Payment went well no no issues with the process just being denied access twice

Ticket purchase cost of parking absurd

Ticket purchase was ok but to charge £10 for parking on the day for 3 National Trust Members for over 25 years was very annoying and upsetting
We could not book until the day and to impose this charge in my mind was very wrong!

Purchased Blenheim Christmas Palace…

Purchased Blenheim Christmas Palace ticket. As I already have an annual pass wasn't immediately aware I was purchasing from Ticketek and not directly from Blenheim and so took a while to establish I needed to open an account. Once that was realised, was easy to order, make payment (for parking) went through quickly and easily and confirmation received promptly.

they don't care about their customers. The refund/exchange policy just doesn't exist

Customer Services must be automated AI. And they don't care about their customers. The refund/exchange policy just doesn't exist. In no other industry would you get away with this.

Tried to exchange tickets as bought the wrong day in error. Emailed Ticketek.....

"Unfortunately, given that your event is within 24 hours, we would be unable to authorise an exchange of your tickets"

Request was made almost 48 hours in advance of the event.........

"Our exchange and refund policies are made clear on the Ticketek website"

I've reviewed the T&Cs in detail there is no mention of 24 hour cut off.

Cheers guys. ££ down the bog and two disappointed kids.

Unable to choose specific seats

Gained priority access to Bill Bailey Tickets but site would not allow me to choose my own tickets. The selection was restricted to Block/Section number only.

Experience was fine, but the fees!!!

Experience was fine, I couldn’t see what the view was like from the seat and the ambiguity of “one of your seats may have an obscured view”, that I had to agree to before I could continue. Is this stopping me from complaining?

Considering how much I’m paying for what I know is just an assembly chair, in a sports hall this better be worth it for spending close to an additional £40 totalling from various charges. Tell me how else am I supposed to buy these tickets?

There was a confusing statement saying that refund protection was included but it appears as an additional charge, along with a service fee, and booking fee but don’t worry! Handling fee was waved!

It does not restrict you from raising concerns or contacting us later — you are absolutely still welcome to reach out if you experience any issues with your seats on the day.

Regarding the fees and charges shown at checkout, these are displayed separately so customers can see exactly what they’re paying for. Refund Protection is entirely optional and provided by a third-party insurer; it is listed as an additional charge only if it is selected. Service and booking fees cover the cost of providing ticketing services on behalf of the event organiser. When a handling fee is waived, we make sure that is clearly shown too.

We understand how important transparency is, and we genuinely appreciate you highlighting where things felt unclear — we are continually reviewing the booking journey to make it clearer and smoother for customers.

Crooked Fraudsters

This company is a complete load of fraudsters and crooks, I booked Xmas lights too Leeds Castle and they took 4. Payments of £320.50 and only refunded 2, they deny they took payments even though it shows on my bank statements. Don’t trust them

I’m sorry to say that obtaining tickets was both tedious and time consuming. It may have been me but I suspect it wasn’t as my wife had the same issues and eventually gave up, delegating the onerous task to me!
