Ticketek Wimpole Hall Light Trail Tickets

I purchased two tickets for the light trail at Wimpole Hall. I accidentally picked the wrong Saturday on the menu drop down selection. I had purchased refundable tickets, luckily I thought. I applied for a refund and they refused! Absolutely disgusting! My choosing the wrong date does not come under their refund policy apparently even though I had bought refundable tickets! This is outrageous. They offer refundable tickets, so you pay extra for the privilege of these refundable tickets and then they refuse to refund them. They are making money out of people by charging extra to do this but then not refunding the money anyway. This is false advertising and shouldn’t be allowed. I was taking my disabled mother as a surprise so now we can’t go as I can’t afford another round of tickets.
I won’t be buying anymore tickets from them or recommending them to people I know. Steer clear.

Refund protection is handled by a third-party provider, and they have their own terms and conditions that determine what can and can’t be refunded. Date-selection errors, unfortunately, aren’t covered under their policy of a refund but you are able to exchange your tickets if you contact us 48 before your event.

We’ll make sure your comments are passed on, as clarity around refund insurance is something we’re always working to improve.

How do we download tickets on the wallet on phone

I called as we are British heritage members but was told we dont qualify for Neverland

You can add your tickets to your phone’s wallet via the Ticketek app once they’ve been issued. Simply open your ticket in the app and look for the “Add to Wallet” or “Save to Phone” option.

Regarding Neverland, unfortunately membership benefits such as British Heritage access don’t qualify for discounted or complimentary entry for this event.

The booking fee is extremely high and…

The booking fee is extremely high and represents zero value for money. I suggest that the ticket price reflects all costs associated with the event and therefore no additional costs, including the service fee which creeps in at the end of the process.

Website misled me

Website misled me, lost £180 on tickets - birthday ruined. I typed in backyard cinema Manchester (after seeing instagram advert) bought 7 tickets, the website search allowed me to book under backyard cinema Manchester, the tickets came for London which I cannot travel to, emailed them don’t know if they will refund - misled me - left me out of pocket and birthday plan ruined

I’ve had my pants pulled down

Early bird tickets were advertised at £45 each and I bought tickets as soon as they were launched. There was no option for any early bird tickets and had to pay the full price. Don’t advertise an early bird if there wasn’t one. Also, t’s & c’s stated £2 transaction fee but on buying tickets, £6 per ticket was added to the final price… I feel like I’ve had my pants pulled down when alls said and done!

Easy to book

It was so easy to book tickets especially as my daughter has a disability and I am her essential carer. On many sites it's hard to access a carer's ticket even though she has an "Access Card" so I am grateful that it was so easy on this site. Well done.

Good process apart from technical errors …

Queue time was short and ticket options were clear. I was using an IPad and then an iPhone as I was out and about when sale opened and ran into some technical problems. Having selected tickets when I went to move on I was not allowed access with an error message saying VPN or iCloud settings were wrong. I tried again in my phone and got through to basket fortunately tickets were still available but frustrating for a while . Payment went well no no issues with the process just being denied access twice
