DO NOT USE THIS MICKY MOUSE COMPANY you have been warned. This company has gone bust. Do not waist your money so much stress.

We received an email the week before travel from Heathrow T5 that Tidy airport parking had taken over our booking, phoned the number provided to make sure it was genuine, all seemed good. Arrived at the airport on 5th Sept, had to wait for the guy to find us, confirmed the booking reference and left the car.
I had set up autopay on the Transport for London App expecting to pay for the 5th and 30th Sept, on checking the App whilst away a charge had been applied for 10th Sept whilst my car was in the care of Tidy airport parking and I was away. Contacted TFL via email and they sent me a full statement showing car being flagged on 10th Sept (location not available).
On my return I questioned the Lady that returned the car to us and was pointed to the complaints service. Emailed them twice, received an automated reply to the first email saying they'd get back to me in 3-5 days, this did not happen, emailed again, no response.
I've had to pay congestion charge for my car whilst I was away and can not see any reason my car was flagged apart from drop off and pick up. Will never use again!!

Appalling service, poor communication and a total failure to deal with my follow on complaint. Avoid this company as much as you can

We arrived at the car park to be told that our booking was cancelled as there was no space. Nobody would come out and speak to us in person, only over the phone. We were told there was a cancellation email sent, which still hasn’t arrived. We were advised that the manager could speak to us at 11am, 2 hours after we were due to fly. Completely unhelpful and uncaring. Now we are £270 out of pocket, plus the £80 we paid to this useless company, as we had no choice but to pay an expensive parking charge on the day of departure.

Awful. Called to collect car as advised when collected luggage. Was told car would be available in 35 minutes. After 45 minutes I called again and was told the driver was on his way but there was traffic around the terminal. Car was finally delivered after waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes. Obviously lied to / deliberately misled by two different members of staff. Avoid at all costs.

⭐ Terrible Experience – Nearly Missed Our Flight

We booked this parking service to leave our car at Heathrow Terminal 5, but when we arrived, no one answered the phone and there was no one available to take our car. We were left with no choice but to leave the car at the airport and pay someone else to come and collect it.

This caused us a huge amount of stress, and we nearly missed our flight because of the situation. We paid for a service that was not provided when we needed it most.

Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this parking company.

DO NOT BOOK AS THEY ARE NOT THERE. They went bust last month and are still trying to take bookings and your money but read the reviews and save yourself stress

Arrived to the address given for drop off, which was rammed full with no staff there (despite having phoned when 30 minutes away ans asked). We phoned the number again and were redirected to a different site. Arrived there and again no-one seemed to be expecting us. Someone did then turn up who took charge and took our keys and car. We then had a hair raising drive where the driver was speeding and undertaking to the terminal.
On the way home we phoned as we left baggage collection. 40 minutes later we still hadn’t been collected. Someone did eventually turn up and drove us back to the drop off site. They (and us) then searched the carpark for our car. It was not there, so they then headed off to a different site (leaving us with a box with keys to multiple cars) and did bring our car back to us.
Very poor service, would absolutely not recommend

I booked the meet and greet. On arrival, called the number 17 times to let them know I was coming. Still no one turned up at the airport.
Told booking was cancelled. No I hadn’t!
Returning from holiday, had to wait 2 hrs to be told my car isn’t coming and I need to get a bus to the lock up. Then my car was in another location with locked gates and the security guard has gone with the key.
Waited a further 5 hrs to get my car because the night guard has the only key. Was fuming and no one would help.
People were rude and not sympathetic at all.
Then had to drive 2.5hrs home. From a flight that landed at 8am I got home at 5pm!
Never use again. Reported this company to the ombudsman as they should not be trading

Absolutely the best MEET AND GREET company I have used over 10 years of use. Courteous collection and return. Ease of drop off and pick up. Car remained where it was supposed to be on my tracker unlike other companies. A1 give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Booked this through compare the parking in April for August. Called last night, spoke with someone who allowed us to check in earlier the next morning. Attended the location provided to us via compare the parking on Thorney Mill Road. This is an abandoned lock up. Called the number again and they said you cancelled the booking in July. I certainly had not (but by this point wish this was the case) and had no emails to say this. He gave us another postcode of SL0 0LU which was another 20 minutes away and said on this occasion we will take you to the airport. We drove there whilst looking at other parking options. Arrived there and it was a farm with electric gates. No signage. No one answering the calls. I have had to pay £350 on the morning of our flight to park securely somewhere else. I have learnt my lesson about ever spending less on airport parking. Please do not use this awful company!

Khalid dropped us off at the airport and picked us up with not much wait time. Recommend for a smooth hassle free service.

Brilliant service! Drop off was efficient and collection was even better. They knew when my flight had landed and the driver Khalid called me multiple times to make sure I knew where to meet him. From collecting my bags to being back at the car can’t have been more than 20 mins. 10/10 would recommend.

Extra points for Khalid for being such a friendly and professional individual.
