THE WORST CARPARKING SERVICE ON EARTH

This place is comparable to a dump. If you value your car or general safety- don’t park here. Hidden fees for drop off and pick up that they don’t mention, half the staff look under age. We arrived - shocked at the site and tiny shack of what they called an office. Immediately we decided we were not leaving our keys with them as it felt like a scam.they were extremely hesitant for us to keep our keys, then as we explained we were NOT leaving them, they charged us £25 to KEEP the keys🤣🤣🤣🤣 which we paid just out of pure desperation to get out of this dust field they call a car park. Drive to Heathrow we nearly crashed twice.
Coming back however, we waited at departures for half an hour where two men finally pulled up in a white van, it was very obvious at that point that the driver was a learner and being coached by the other passenger. Clearly wasn’t aware you stop at red lights or zebra crossings yet, perhaps that was the next trips lesson. They loaded all our bags in stood up, so they rolled around the entire time breaking the contents and the cases. Which they then began giggling about in the front. When finally dropped off the only positive I could take out of the experience was that it was over and we weren’t dead. If I could give minus stars I would. Don’t park here unless you enjoy near death experiences, damaged luggage and rude staff.

An excellent, thoughtful and caring service from beginning to end. Great value for money, conveniently located for Heathrow Airport, and prompt transfers to and from the airport. I will definitely use the service again.

Service, timing and communication for pick from Khalid was excellent. We could contact straight away once landed and Khalid was waiting outside for us as soon as we were ready. Great service.

We booked as here flying from Heathrow , booking process good and all instructions how to get there very good
Concerns :
Instructions said we would be meet at the lifts with a person with a high vis on after our call to them . No person with a high vis a very young boy came no ID and so we called the office they confirmed he worked for them, you have a cost of the airport charge of £8 you have to pay so they can get out , this is not highlighted on the booking
Our care with being new is app led so we know when car has been moved etc the car travelled over 20 miles each way for parking. Not a problem if not electric car so we had charge on the way home to Cheshire
Picking the car up we followed all instructions and waited over 30/40 mins for the care to arrive as the driver got lost this is worrying
I would not book with them again as felt it was not well run and not professional

Parking was very convenient, and most importantly, they offer an airport shuttle service. The driver, Omar, was also very polite. I will definitely choose this place again next time!
