Fantastic and polite and punctual and professional service.

Awful experience - please trust the bad reviews! On arrival tried to charge us additional money so holiday started with an argument with them. Someone eventually had the key but not given any receipt. Then he wouldnt drop us off at our terminal as he didnt want to get into traffic so we had to get a bus after they dropped us. On returning we kept being told 15 mins, then when we called again after 20 mins were just told the same again. Were also told to wait in an area in seems they couldnt even get to so we had to keep dragging our luggage around to try and find them. When finally got to the car park our car was blocked in by other cars. When I tried to complain the guys clearly didnt care at all. Worst car parking experience...avoid at all costs!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tidy Car Parks. From start to finish, the whole process was poorly managed and frustrating.

When my car was returned, it was in a completely unacceptable condition covered in leaves and with noticeable paint scuffs that were not there beforehand. This is the opposite of what you expect when trusting a company to look after your vehicle.

What made matters worse was the lack of follow through. The manager acknowledged the condition of my car was unacceptable and promised a refund, yet I have still not received anything. Being told one thing and seeing no action is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I only wish I could upload photos here to show the state my car was returned in, as it speaks for itself.

AVOID!!!! This company goes by many different names. Our first experience with them was advertised incorrectly. We were promised self parking and when we arrived we were told it was wrong and had to hand everything over. We didn’t realise we were booking with the same company again as they went by a different name. Our return flight was cancelled and rearranged so we extended our car stay. Payment was taken. When we picked up our vehicles we were told it would be an additional payment and that the first payment never existed. When we got into our vehicles we realised dash cams had been disconnected from BOTH vehicles. When we confronted them about this they said “it probably fell out”. So unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. Never again.

Khalid was exceptional with his work, communicating effectively and also arriving on time and assisting with my numerous luggages. It was my first experience with Tidy parking and they’ve proven to be sound. I’d recommend
