Only just taken out my policies with Tidyalloys so I probably won't know exactly how good they are until I need to make a claim. However, other people had mentioned how responsive they were to queries and I must admit they answered my emails very quickly and I was easily able to get through on the phone.. so at the moment all good!!

Initially very helpful and informative on line chat confirming what is actually covered by their GAP Insurance. Unlike some other GAP providers Tidyalloys cover manufacturers delivery charges.
Small correction required after policy purchase which was dealt with straight away...Very impressed with level of service provided.

I have been a customer with Tidy Alloys for a few years and insured several cars with them. I have always been impressed with their friendliness and the ease of business to arrange new cover or a refund from a policy that I no longer need.

I have claimed once, about six years ago, and that was seamless and easy to navigate.

Overall a great family-run business that deserves support and custom.

I've been with these guys for almost two years now and I to say it's the best decision I've made! Making a claim has been stress free. I recently got a nail in my tyre, followed their simple claims process, got my tyre changed, and the money was in my account before I could even log in to my account!
