During all those years...
100% uptime and 100% satisfaction.
Not one single incident causing downtime or data loss.
Not one single error in invoicing or payment handling.
Not one technical or administrative question left unanswered for more than one business hour.
Every single contact person has been courteous, helpful and competent.
I wish I had more vendors like Tilaa !

Very professional and quick
I've had VPSes with different suppliers in the past, and now many years with Tilaa. Tilaa is a very professional supplier and is always quick with good support. My current experience with Danny is great, many thanks to him for all the help.

Fantastic service always
Fantastic service always. Danny is fantastic and always provides great support if there are issues.
We have 3 servers with them now across 3 agencies and they are the first we recommend. Can’t get any better.

A happy customer!
I am trusting all my server needs, both for myself, my company and my customers, to Tilaa, for multiple (10+) years already. I can highly recommend them: professional, no-nonsense, very quick to respond and with a to-the-point answer... I really appreciate the flexibility when composing a new VPS, and the immediate availability: whether I just want an empty Linux server, or a full fledged Cpanel/WHM (I configured both multiple times), it is available, and easy to set up in a few clicks. Their product range is really on-point: no-nonsense, useful, and most of all: clear. In short, I am a very happy customer, and do not plan to go anywhere else soon. Highly recommended!

Al een paar jaar klant, maar dit geloof je niet!
Al een paar jaar klant, met Linux VPS'en. Altijd wel tevreden.
Sinds kort een Windws VPS angeschaft (ze zijn niet de goedkoopste, maar gezien mijn positieve ervaringen uit het verleden toch voor Tilaa gekozen).
Echter is nu tot 3 keer aan toe spontaan de server opnieuw geinstalleerd nadat ik ingelog op hun control panel.
Lijkt duidelijk een bug, ik weet in ieder geval zeker dat ik zelf niet op links heb geklikt die een reinstall zouden starten.
Uiteindelijk zijn er, naast kostbare data, ook ruim 2 fulltime dagen aan configureren en installeren verloren gegaan.

Onze excuses voor dit voorval! Het was inderdaad een bug, die we nu hebben opgelost, zodat het nooit meer kan voorkomen. Het spijt ons dat u hiervan dergelijke hinder heeft ondervonden. Zoals u schrijft, komen deze issues zelden bij ons voor, omdat performance bij ons absoluut op nummer 1 komt. Niettemin heel erg vervelend dat dit heeft kunnen gebeuren. Ik zal u persoonlijk nog berichten over mogelijke compensatie naar aanleiding hiervan.

Een van de beste Nederlandse VPS providers die de klant centraal zet. Deskundig team, ook als je zelf niet technisch bent helpen ze je zonder daar überhaupt iets voor te rekenen.

Hosting with Tilaa for more than 10 years and extremely happy with their service. Anyone can provide good service when things go right, but true service counts when things go wrong. And in the single case where things went wrong , Tilaa staff was professional in helping me out.
