I've been a long time customer with tilaa (~3 years, maybe longer). Stability is exquisite, the customer support is prompt and very qualified. The price/quality ration is great especially since the traffic is included.

I am sorry to hear that your experience with our Support Desk was not as you expected. We aim to offer the best possible service to our customers, so we will certainly look into your feedback to learn and do even better in the future.
In your case, we noticed abuse on your machine, and got multiple complaints about this in one day, which caused us to temporarily suspend your machine to protect our network and our other customers from harm.
Our standard procedure is to inform our customers on a single complaint and give them 24 hours to resolve the situation. However, In case of multiple complaints from various sources, we will take immediate action to suspend the machine. Of course, we will always give the chance to rectify the situation, and we’re happy to see the issue has been resolved after you reinstalled your machine.

Tilaa is a trustworthy and reliable service provider. We have more than 30 hosting servers in their datacenters for years and all is running very well. Support is reponsive and the process of buying and rolling out new VPS is fast and easy.

10+ years of Perfection
I have been using Tilaa for over a decade now. I cannot think of a single criticism......no, I really I can't. I not only use them for my own private media and VPN services, but any workplace that needs additional web hosting, cloud drives, etc, I always set them up with Tilaa as well. The support is phenomenal, the bandwidth is very good through my VPN (keep in mind this is moving data from west coast US to Holland round-trip), and can tinker with with the hardware just to see how things respond on the fly and move them back if need be (I'm sure the billing department hates me, so probably shouldn't do this much). There have only been 2 companies in my 40-some years on this planet that I truly feel passionately loyal to, and one was a small local ISP in the SF Bay Area which I can no longer have in my life due to location, and TILAA, which I can, and do, get to keep as my VPS hosting service.
