Came and sorted my leaking gutters. Reasonable price. Turned up on time and returned on the agreed date to finish the job

Extremely disappointed in poor quality work at my daughter's house. Tradesman demanded payment despite clear photographic evidence of guttering not correctly joined. He would not return to fix the problem unless I paid more. Poor communication and attitude when problems should have been addressed. Would never use this firm again and wish to warn others.

Great work at a reasonable price

I had my house done and recommended a neighbor. Both occasions they mis-quoted and didn’t bring enough gutters to complete the job then tried to charge me double to complete the job. Worst, they actually fired their sub-contractors after they started work on my house, long story but led to me calling my bank that told me to call the police! They never came to double check the quality of work on my house as promised. I don’t trust this company and they sub-contract everything out to incompetent workers.

After my review they got in touch to check my gutters to make sure everything was ok. The gutters were fine I was told. Only until this week (about 6 month later) I noticed a gutter was leaking. I emailed Tom’s Gutters and the same day they came to rectify. To be honest the mispayment wasn’t their fault and I didn’t have to make up any loss they had made but communication does need to improve. They have tried to make amends and my friends house had a good deal and appears to be no issues with them.
Worth a second chance, perhaps.

Excellent service from Adam. He really went above and beyond and gave me some good advice. Nothing was too much trouble.

Turned up on time, cleaned the gutters and replaced a bracket, did a small repair to the gutter very pleased reasonable price would definitely keep his number and have him back in the future thanks Tom 😀

Great service! This company is friendly, punctual and reliable, with work completed to a high standard and for a decent price. I had numerous problems with the guttering and it's great that they're finally all fixed. I highly recommend. 👍

We regularly have work done by Tom’s (most recently yesterday 14/11/25). All the staff are super friendly and professional. Their work is always completed as agreed and importantly they are efficient - no time is wasted in completing the job. Nowadays it’s hard to find a company that you can trust and would recommend to others so thank you!

Really disappointed with the job that was done, no after service offered, 2 parts of the gutter was replaced 15 min job at the most to charge £80, Then to be finished with a leaking part that wasn’t there before the job was done, nearly 80 years of age and feel I have been charged for a botched job, I intend to take advice from trading standards,

Vents fell out within an hour of fitting and they did not comeback to refit

They did a job for me, quoted for doing more, which i agreed to. Failed to turn up twice and don't answer the phone when i ring them or respond to text messages, even though they have read them. The review is for the correct company as the phone number matches the ones I received messages from.

I rang for a quote and the guy asked me to do some photos etc... I can't do that as it's a 3 storey property. He said he couldn't diagnose the problem with photos from ground level, again I said I can't do pics from above, He just put the phone down on me.. I rang again and spoke with someone else who was a little more sympathetic but still didn't help. I didn't appreciate the chat we had so I went to a different company who was £15 more but no problems at all with the new company, he came out the very next day and unclogged everything for me. BI now have working gutters and no water pouring over my back door. Win win.

This company removed an incredible amount of moss and gunge out of my gutters and also persevered to repair a stubborn, drip-drip leak on a corner joint which was driving me barmy.
Friendly guys too.
