Truly exceptional customer service. The team were able to set up an account for a trust, complete all KYC and AML checks and went above and beyond in ensuring a payment deadline was met even when other banks caused delays in the process rendering a tight deadline almost impossible. The team are extremely accountable and I cannot praise them enough for their efforts. I have used other FX payment service providers in the past but TorFX is competitive on rates and pricing whilst providing a level of service that the others refuse to.
