Torfx and my account manager Yohan Huria were exceptional with their help every step of the way. I have been making relatively small, personal transactions to family in the UK via Torfx for a couple of years now. However, this transaction was very large by my standards (if not by other standards) and so I needed detailed assistance in organising this with Torfx, such as getting the money from my bank to Torfx. Yohan kept me updated each step of the way and was very good at answering my questions. I am not used to dealing with very large amounts of money, and so this detailed assistance was very reassuring.

Thomas DeGarston-Strang, from TOR FX, supported me all through my first foreign transaction. He was responsive, efficient and effective. Tom listened to my needs and took these on so well that I felt I was working with a professional colleague, not simply a service provider. Cannot recommend him highly enough and guess what? It was so easy that I ma working with him to do it again this week. Fab!

Personal, clear support and flawless service
Marcos was great, he followed me up to keep things rolling, was very clear about the support documentation required and did all the checks needed to ensure the money was headed to the right place. We'll be 100% using TorFX again.

Daniel Christensen helped with setting up and transacting on a Torfx account. He was available for calls whenever I needed him. He has gone above and beyond in every way I really couldn’t have done it without him.I really can’t recommend him highly enough.

Nervous transferring life savings, made easy !
I was very nervous transferring large sums of money. Edward was professional, helpful, reassuring and quick to respond to all communications. I soon had confidence in these guys, and the process was smooth and quick. Thank you for all the help, guidance and answers to all my silly questions. These guys are excellent and strongly recommend.
