After a change of travel plans … I…
After a change of travel plans … I looked into the O trek knowing people said it had to be booked a year in advance ( or months ahead ) within 24 hrs and I planned the trip . Within 3 date switches I had all the camps and refuges I needed . I was kinda surprised . I should say Torres hike planned the trip . Simple and easy .

Balls Deep
Pros - Las Torres came through after another third-party company canceled our long-held reservations. The site was easy to use and showed the availability of all open options from the various outfitters that operate in the Torres del Paine national park.
Con - they charge two fees, one of them hefty for just being a website that shows available options.
I would use Las Torres again.

Thank you for you review! I understand that our fee can sometimes seem high but there's a lot of work behind the scenes that goes into making a website such as this. We're working on improvements of the website everyday trying to make it to more convenient and save our customers a lot of time. We also have our customer support helping our customers with various modifications and requests.
Additionaly there's a lot of complexity of dealing with several different agencies (Vertice, Las Torres and CONAF) behind the scenes. That might not be visible as we try to shield our customers away from this messy process as much as we can.
Anyways - I hope you enjoyed your trek in Torres del Paine.

W circuit - West to East
The booking of the W circuit was easy and fast. On the hike everything worked perfectly. Efficient!
The booking was made less than two weeks before the start of the hike, still plenty of option available.

I was unable to modify a reservation
I was unable to modify a reservation. While trying to do so, the website did not allow me to confirm, asking me instead to confirm if I am booking everything through TorresHike, even though there was no button to do this. Tried on multiple computers and web browsers, nothing helped.

Hello Borys, sorry for the late reply! We're currently trying to give our customers option to make every possible modification through our website. That includes changing dates, adding passengers, adding extra meals or cancelling the reservations all together.
However, it's an ongoing process and it seems that in your case there was some problem with the website, for which we apologize. In any case - with any modification you can always reach out to us on info@torreshike.com and we will respond to your request as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours.
Figuring out how to reserve camping…
Figuring out how to reserve camping spots on the W trek was a bit of a nightmare until I found Torres Hike. Very easy to use system.

Jana has been absolutely brilliant…
Jana has been absolutely brilliant while helping me book my accommodation for Torres Del Paine. I first made a mistake of booking completely wrong dates within 45 day cancellation period and have already accepted the completely uncessary loss of money I contacted support to ask if there was anything that could be done. Within few hours from that I got a reply from Jana and after a couple of days she managed to help change all my dates. The payment process is simple and secure, the communication is awesome, the process is way easier than it would be if I tried booking on my own and Jana is absolutely brilliant in her overall support. She really did go beyond what was required of her to help me and I couldn't thank her enough.

False Hope
Their system was messed up and kept telling me O was available when it wasn't over and over again and even some W options. This was one of the worst booking experiences I've had ever.

Hello Alissa, we're sorry about your experience. We strive to give the latest availability to our customers but sometimes it is not technically possible. I believe in your case we had displayed outdated information for the O-trek availability but the campsites were already booked by other provider. We are always trying to make this experience better and have made some improvements in the past. I hope that in the end you were able to find your trek and enjoyed your stay in Torres del Paine.
