Totter + Tumble Avis 

After extensive research into material safety, I chose a Totter + Tumble playmat, hoping it would provide a safe space for my baby. Unfortunately, our experience has been deeply upsetting.

We found the surface extremely slippery and, in our experience, unsuitable for a crawling baby. Our daughter slipped on the mat and suffered an arm dislocation. We are heartbroken, particularly after putting so much time and care into choosing a product intended for her safety.

Adding to our disappointment, the returns policy appears to exclude opened products. How can parents assess a playmat’s grip and suitability without opening and trying it?

I feel I have wasted both time and money, but my greatest concern is my baby’s safety. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this mat for crawling babies.

I have purchased a few of these now and have them in every room, I love them because they are easy to clean and stay looking perfect. My family also use them now too, they are ideal for pets too. You don’t have to have young children to purchase these they are ideal for everyday living, wish I’d seen them years ago,, great invention!

The personel is just so kind! My preferred mat and size were sold out and they were willing to notify me personally so I was able to get my piece. The delivery was quick and convenient. The mat is just amazing, amazing color, design and material! It looks stunning in our baby girls room and I can not wait for her to play on it!

We absolutely love our Totter & Tumble play mat and it’s finished off our kids’ play zone perfectly. We liked the variety of styles available and the mat is so comfortable when you’re down on your knees playing.
The only watch-out is that they claim it’s returnable, but when it arrived, this is only the case if it’s kept within its plastic wrapper. We were keen to see how the mat looked in situ before committing, but in reality this wasn’t possible. One to be mindful of, especially as these are on the pricey side!
Nevertheless a return wasn’t required as we’re so happy with our purchase.

I had some shipping specifics and customer service made sure to ship my items the way I needed to ensure delivery to my location. Shipping was exceptionally fast and customer service followed up to be sure delivery went according to plan. The play mat is absolutely heaven and I can’t believe I didn’t order sooner. I’ve been trying to figure out which pattern I wanted for two years now and finally decided on my first one. They are plush, supple, withstand dog claws, and beautiful. Each pattern is more beautiful than images online make them look. Coloring online seems to be off so be sure to get swatches before purchasing. My kids took to the play mat immediately and now we can’t imagine life without one. I’m tossing my thin plastic foam play pad that my dogs have clawed and will be replacing my home with these. Our floors are very hard and my kids have enjoyed playing on the floor now more than ever. I feel bad for not ordering sooner because they have obviously been missing out on a lot of floor play time due to the uncomfortable flooring. The quality of the play mats is unmatched. I have purchased anti fatigue mats from Amazon that look pretty but are flimsy, thin, and hard comparatively. There was no strange chemical smell- I have a very very sensitive nose and was prepared to have to air out the play mat but there was no smell! This really makes me feel good about letting my kids play on it daily. These play mats are amazing quality and meant to last a very long time.

The playmat is perfect and excellent customer service!

Really pleased with my experience with customer service. My mat is beautiful, but unfortunately has a tight curl that would not budge. They offered some solutions but unfortunately it did not flatten. They sent out a replacement within a week which they precisely rolled out for me before dispatch to ensure it was flat. It’s amazing quality also. Thank you espically to Laura - who replied quickly to me!

This is a really lovely product. Even though the delivery time was a little delayed, the customer service was excellent with regular updates on the whereabouts of the parcel.

The customer support is off the charts 11/10 ... They helped me really locate my package so proactively when my hotel misplaced it and it required coordination between me , courier company and the hotel and they were so responsive!!

Truly the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Genuinely. The courier (not Totter & Tumble's fault) was a total disaster. T&T responded immediately and kept in touch as the saga continued. They then resent a mat and sent me some money as an apology. AND the mats are truly incredible. My sister, my mother and I all have one and I can't wait to get another. Premium brand and premium customer service.

It only occurred to me while tidying up after the kids went to bed that our Totter & Tumble playmat is 4.5years old and counting -yet still looks as new as the day we got it - despite two children, a house move, and the occasional red wine spill. It has been a feature in our living room since we bought it - and has been a fantastic backdrop to milestone photos of our children and a safe spot for our children to work on their own milestones such as sitting up, rolling and playing!
It’s such a perfect product and one that has never disappointed - easy to clean, safe to use, comfortable and stylish! We dared to try another brand - and the quality was so so poor in comparison, that there can be no question where the next mat will come from - we love it! Thank you Totter & Tumble! :)

Really lovely product - looks beautiful and is the perfect play space for me and my baby, I know we’ll be using it for many years to come.
Customer service was superb - delivery came quickly but wasn’t logged on Totter & Tumble’s system that it had been delivered safely. The company reached out to me via email and WhatsApp to check in and make sure I had received everything ok and was happy. I don’t know many companies that are this proactive and committed to making sure the customer is happy.
Overall I’m a very happy customer and would recommend to anyone!
