The delivery of this touch up pen was much quicker than I expected.. so a bonus mark there.
I’ve used many touch up pens/paints over the years with mixed results so I was a little sceptical about the claim that it being a 100% colour match but the colour Match is absolutely spot on. It was very easy to achieve a great result. Loads of instructions on how to apply.
I am so pleased with the whole experience.
Highly recommend this company and its products, I know where I going next time for my paint. 🎨

I have purchased several touch up kits for various makes and models and am always happy with the colour match. Their website makes it incredibly easy to order by simply entering the registration number of your car, so there's no need to worry about sourcing the colour code or exact name of the brands colour. The touch up kit also includes cleaning wipes and a handful of applicators, so you've got everything in one kit to get the job done.

I ordered paint a few days ago and received a notification that it had been shipped. However, today I received a refund notification, but the $10 shipping fee I paid was not refunded.

Second item did arrive.

Royal Mail seems to have left it in an unsafe place, so id say the company needs to ship items with more security. Sign for, etc because you can't trust RM to organise a row of chairs.

First paint incorrect contacted them by email which they responded to straight away I never really expected them to send
me correct paint within two days.

Delivery updates non-existent, which isn’t helpful when timelines aren’t kept for delivery. Still waiting for mine

I provided full details of car - VIN number, etc. and they sent me completely the wrong colour. Have tried emailing multiple times but they don't have the courtesy to reply. They claim 100% guaranteed colour match - 100% scam I'd say.

I order the all in one pen from them for my car. The pen arrived with a packet of wipes. When I tried to use the pen, the paint from the tip wasn't coming out properly. It looked that it had dried up quite a lot making the tip brittle. I removed the tip and tried to apply and it has left patches. Sent an email to customer support and no response. I've paid £19.99 for a small paint pen which didn't do the job. Really pathetic experience
