Louisa Broadhead
I had a telephone conversation with Louisa Broadhead this morning, as a financial advisor acting for my client I have had many calls with different UK pension schemes all of which have been extremely combative and unhelpful, which is the complete opposite of the call I had with Louisa today - she was extremely attentive and caring of my client's situation and provided the best service I've ever experienced with a UK pension provider, thank you Louisa!

I have two DC accounts
I have two DC accounts, they only mentioned 1 and then when asked if I could be sent the statement as an email they said I wouldnt be able to access this as would need access to my online account. The person I spoke to within DB team advised they could send this as a pdf, so why couldnt this be sent as a pdf.

But so was the lady I spoke to over a week ago and I'm no further sling the line to recieving my cash pot. I made the claim about 6 weeks ago now

Spoke with Joyti about my old small pot pension today, she was polite but not really able to give any definitive answers to my initial query.
TPT as a whole I feel have given misleading information both with my initial enquiry and also on there time scales.
Leaving me with a feeling that this is going to be an uphill battle to cash in this very small old pension, was put to me as straight forward but I have been left feeling anxious about there ability to communicate as I have never had any kind of update from them which leaves me chasing them and receiving vague answers and guesstimating the 2 stars were for Joytis politeness , I would give 0 for TPT in general
