Customer service agent was polite and…
Customer service agent was polite and attentive but coyld only provide basic help. So after 15min on phone i now gave to wait at least 14 days until a more senior person can fix my problem. Not CS agents fault . Setups fault . She should have been able to pass me to someone immediately , even if meant being queued.
