i wanted a progress report on a request I had submitted and was able to speak to a customer service representative within a short time who was able to answer my queries and also promised to follow up on further progress. The experience met my expectations.

If filling out online forms were an Olympic sport, I’d definitely come last—but luckily Sabrina was there to coach me through it!

She was so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense (which is no small task with me and forms). She never made me feel rushed or silly, and somehow managed to make the whole process feel a lot less stressful—and even a bit manageable.

I actually don’t rate this company very well at all but I do rate very highly Andrew who I was finally lucky enough to speak to after months of getting nowhere. I have been trying to claim my occupational pension but every turn they delayed it and constantly said we will investigate and call you back but never did. Finally the wonderful, empathetic, kind, supportive man said he would take ownership of the matter, kept in contact as promised and 13 days later the funds have landed in my account. Thank you Andrew for listening, understanding and resolving this. Greatly appreciated.

I have phoned twice and both times the staff have been very helpful.
I am receiving emails about my account and the email asking me to do this survey directly into my inbox. However, emails concerning me changing my password are coming into my spam folder.
I'm unable to log into my account as each time I try and enter my username and password I am informed that you will send me an email to verify my email account but this never arrives (I've tried multiple times) so I keep going around in circles!! You have my email, you send me emails why donI need to verify it? This is preventing me accessing my account which is not ideal.

I called up, and the gentleman (Usman) who answered the phone gave me 100% attention, giving me time to explain myself. In the end, he answered all my questions, provided me with the form I needed, and gave me guidance on how to complete the form excellently.

The consultant was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Pleased with Mohammed.

I spoke to Ismail regarding a query, and I found him extremely professional and polite. He answered my query promptly, and flagged a separate issue that I had not recognised. This was also rectified immediately.
