The whole process was efficient and informative from start to finish. We felt comfortable asking questions and the salesman answered them straight away which made it a stress free and enjoyable experience. We were under no pressure or obligation and the sales team treated us as people not just another sales figure. We are more than happy to continue to use Tracks for our future motoring needs.

As usual the staff are amazing
As usual the staff are amazing . I was greeted warmly . My car took around an hour for the 2 month check . It was also washed on the outside and vacuumed inside .

Having owned my Jimny for just over a…
Having had my Jimny for just over a year, purchased from the Exeter dealership. I think TRACKS of Exeter offer an excellent service. They are efficient and friendly, also never attempt to upsell their services or cars to me. This in its self matters to me and endeared me to have my vehicles MOT performed at the dealership, even though it is a 52 mile round trip from my home.
Thank you TRACKS, GREAT SERVICE 👍 I really love my SUZUKI JIMNY & so it's seems many others do too!

Excellent service
I have been delighted with every visit to Tracks Exeter since buying my Suzuki there in 2020. I trust them completely to look after my vehicle and me. It is reassuring to find the same staff still working there in sales, servicing and reception and it encourages me to think this is obviously a happy and rewarding company to work for.

My first visit to Tracks Suzuki Exeter. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the service and MOT process was smooth and straightforward. I travel from North Devon, but the dealership is conveniently located, with some lovely walks nearby while the car is being worked on. As a female customer, I particularly value the reassurance of using a dealership, as I feel confident that the work recommended is genuinely required and will be carried out properly. I found the service professional, trustworthy and reliable.

Smooth purchase
Friendly, courteous and non pressurised showroom visit. Test drive was arranged at short notice and very convenient.
Hand over was smooth and we were given an informative run through of the car controls and instrument panels.

Great dealership and friendly staff but car has issues.
Great dealership and friendly staff. Jack at Suzuki Exeter is great. I love the car. few snagging issues where the touch screen centre console doesn't work very well and it take 3-4 seconds to load anything after you have selected and option. this gets very frustrating and this needs to get fixed asap. Apart from that i love the car.

I would highly recommend Tracks Suzuki Exeter if you are looking to purchase a car. I visited the show room a few times and at no point felt pressured into a purchase. When the time was right for me to go ahead with the purchase Jack made the process easy and hassle free. He was friendly and approachable. The garage has a family feel and they care about their customers.
