Transform Avis 

From start to finish Transform have been amazing. I felt valued and my health and long term results put as their top priority. Dr Macy is clearly a perfectionist who is very passionate about what he does and I am overwhelmed with the results already even whilst still in the healing stage.

From first making an enquiry to having a TKR took just over 2 weeks. I was kept informed at every stage by both Transform and The Highfield Hospital where the surgery was performed.
Following the surgery I was again kept fully up to date by various people at Transform who also kept a check on my progress. Subsequent appointments were arranged with a physiotherapist and a nurse who did home visits which was very convenient.
Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional and there was (almost) always someone to answer my calls.
One small gripe, even though I said it would take me two days to transfer the money over, I was contacted by various people chasing it up.
Overall it was a pleasure to do buisiness with Transform and I will not hesitate to use them again if I have to pay for my other TKR.

Overall, an exemplary experience marked by expertise, care, and professionalism.

I has my surgery 2 weeks ago with mr bhatty a face and neck lift under local anaesthetic, best decision I made, recovery was way better back in my room and having a snack a few hours after. I can already see how good the results is going to be, thankyou to mr bhatty and all the nursing staff you were all amazing

I just have to put another review, as the fastest response from Transform Cosmetic is when we post a negative review.
This company just like to take your money and treat you like cattle. DO NOT USE THEM
I am in debt and nothing to show for £8500.
Please could transform answer my complaint and give me what I requested, my full medical notes and an explanation why no one responds to calls, messages, emails etc

Brilliant service and after care, highly recommend

I arrived with 2 inverted nipples, after 6 months and less £2500, I still have 2 inverted nipples. So complete waste of my time.

It's so difficult to review this company. I have used their services twice and twice got more (in a bad way) that I asked for.
I know, going a 2nd time seems daft, but the surgeons are good, and I thought I'd be better prepared a 2nd time round to insist on exactly what I wanted.
After care was non-existent 1st time, and minimal the 2nd, and despite my surgeon agreeing to do revision surgery, no one is responding to any of my emails. It took me months to get a response and speak to him about the issues, now no response for booking a surgery date.
I will keep trying and hope for the result I paid for.. if they stop ignoring me.

Really great service from start to finish. I was really well informed about the whole process, and any questions I had were answered reasonably quickly and thoroughly. My surgeon did a wonderful job and the nurses who looked after me before and after my surgery were really lovely, and made the whole experience as easy and stress free as they could.

Kerry arranged my initial surgical procedures with Transform. Everything was sorted out in a speedy and professional manner with no problems. I then required a revision surgical procedure and even though this was not Kerry's responsibility / her job she still once again arranged everything in a speedy and professional manner and for this I am extremely grateful for this very high level of service. thank you - Regards Jay Nicholls

I had a re-augmentation completed after a consultation with Mr. Riaz Agha. I cannot recommend him highly enough: the results, post-op are incredible! The scars are healing incredibly well and align perfectly with my previous scars from my initial procedure. Although enhanced, my breasts look natural and feel amazing!
The team at the A Lounge, Harley Street, cared for me so well - particularly Esther. I felt safe, secure and acknowledged at all times.
Thanks to Transform for an effortless procedure. Mr. Agha, you’re incredible: patient, knowledgeable and an exceptional surgeon.

Can't fault the service provided at all. Communication has been excellent all the way through from pre op through to post op. Special thanks to Eunice and Jonathan and also to all the nurses and doctors at Circle Health groups Highfield Hospital in Rochdale.

What an amazing experience, my surgeon Nigel (boob lord) is so kind , approachable. Put me at ease from the moment I met him. All the staff at Manchester transform were so supportive , friendly and never got treated as just a patient but a real person. So thankful for everything you did for me.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone who like me just wanted to feel like a woman, it’s given me back my self confidence. I will be forever thankful 🙏

Pre patient care by Kerry Harper was amazing
I got messed around with my surgery date and location which caused me loads of issues. Kerry was AMAZING - she actually came to my house to pick me up and take me to the hospital, wait for me and then take me back home!!!! I felt totally comfortable with her and she saved a bad situation with her compassion and knowledge
I had to call on her again after my surgery as I was struggling to get hold of anyone at Transform and even though she didn’t have to help me she still went out of her way to help me find the right person to help me
Transform doesn’t have the best administration but Kerry has saved my experience twice. She turned my experience around twice and she’s the best at her role and at this company!!!!

Do not use. They lie to you about the experience.
I was in pain on the operating table and I was told no i was not and be quiet. I was sent home with blood coming out of my wounds. No afrercare at all. My surgeon said its not work and would do it again. Now no reply from emails and calls
I have sent my money back they replied to that and said no
Never never use this company please
I am now going to get a lawyer involved and reporting to the cqc if people who has had poor service keep reporting to them, hopefully the business will get closed down

I have just had hip surgery. Everything went to plan and the staff at the Highfield Hospital were lovely. Just to add it was much more affordable than any of the options I looked at. Hope I am running about again soon
