I had a fantastic experience with Transform and Dr Sherif Elemari. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled professionally and with genuine care.

The clinic itself was incredibly clean and well organised, which immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. You can tell they maintain very high standards throughout the whole facility.

Dr Sherif Elemari was excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely confident in the process. His professionalism and expertise really stood out.

I also want to give a huge thank you to the nurses and the aftercare team. They were absolutely amazing — so kind, attentive, and supportive throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made sure I was comfortable and well looked after every step of the way.

Overall, a 5-star experience. I would highly recommend Transform and Dr Sherif Elemari to anyone considering treatment. The level of care, cleanliness, and support from the whole team was outstanding.

I had such a positive experience with Transform, and I have to start by mentioning my patient coordinator, Debbie. From the very beginning she was incredible. Before surgery we spoke about absolutely everything and she genuinely became like a friend during the process. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped guide me to the right surgeon.

Initially I met with another surgeon and we got on really well. He was wonderful, but unfortunately the procedure I needed would have meant being under anaesthetic for longer than I felt comfortable with. Debbie completely understood this and introduced me to Dr Semoures instead. I was also really grateful that this second consultation didn’t cost anything extra.

Meeting Dr Semoures was such a reassuring experience. What really stood out straight away was that he never pushed me towards surgery at all. When I first explained what I was concerned about and got undressed for the examination, he almost seemed surprised and asked what the problem was. It wasn’t dismissive in any way. It felt more like he genuinely didn’t think there was anything “wrong” with me to begin with, which immediately took the pressure off and made the whole conversation feel much more relaxed and honest.

When he examined me he confirmed I did have abdominal separation, but even then he was really encouraging. He explained that although the muscles were separated they were actually very strong. It might sound like a small thing, but hearing that made a big difference to how I felt.

He was also just incredibly kind in small moments. I’m a bit clumsy and when I was struggling with things like the gown before surgery or trying on the bra, he simply stepped in and helped without making it awkward. It was always done in such a gentle, respectful and professional way. He was a complete gentleman.

One thing that stood out to me throughout the whole process was how seriously Transform take safety. Before surgery I had to be scanned by another company so they could be completely certain everything was safe to proceed. Some people might find that part tedious, but for me it was reassuring. It showed they genuinely care about your wellbeing and are not just trying to get you booked in as a patient.

The day of surgery itself was honestly such a calm experience. The staff were so kind and happy to chat with me which helped enormously because I was extremely nervous and needed a lot of reassurance. I was last on the list that day and I remember worrying that my surgeon must have been up since early morning and that I was going in around lunchtime. The hospital staff reassured me that Dr Semoures had taken a proper break and even joked that he’d had fish for lunch, which strangely made me feel much better.

The procedure went exactly as expected. Dr Semoures came to see me twice before he left and explained how everything had gone. He was even joking afterwards and said I looked great, finishing it with a little chef’s kiss gesture which made me laugh even in my groggy state.

Everyone there is obviously highly skilled and knowledgeable, but what impressed me most was their emotional intelligence. They didn’t just treat me like a patient on a list. They really looked after me. As a mum of three you spend most of your life putting yourself last, so staying overnight and being cared for like that felt very special.

The aftercare team checked on me regularly throughout the night without it ever feeling intrusive. I remember being quite woozy from the medication and unable to decide what I wanted to drink. One of the nurses just gently chose for me. It sounds like such a small thing, but when you are feeling vulnerable that level of care really matters.

Recovery itself was tough, which they had prepared me for. My aftercare nurse practitioner Lola was an absolute angel. Around day five post surgery I completely hit a wall. The adrenaline had worn off, I was swollen, sore and emotionally fragile. I wasn’t even due to see her that day but she made time for me immediately. She examined everything carefully, redressed my wounds so I felt fresh and clean again, and helped me put all of the binders back on. She also checked in with me regularly after surgery and would always call me back if I had even the smallest question.

One day I had quite a big issue and I genuinely wasn’t in a fit state to move. The team called me every hour just to check how I was doing. Later that day I even received a call from a doctor in the Manchester branch who gave me some really helpful advice and then rang me back on his personal number a few hours later to make sure everything was okay. That day I honestly could have kissed him.

Incredible care from Transform. Debbie, Dr Semoures and Lola were kind, supportive and made me feel safe the whole way.

Dreadful experience from start to finish with transform. I had a consultation in Glasgow and was advised my breast implant removal had to be performed urgently. I booked in a date for a few days later which was then cancelled late in the afternoon the day before the surgery. It was rearranged for 5 days later. I turned up for my surgery and sat in the waiting room for 1 hour only to be told my surgery was cancelled again!! I received a new date for a few weeks later but unfortunately had to have my implants removed as an emergency on the NHS. I requested a full refund from transform on 20th November and to date they still have my money. I submitted formal complaint after trying to chase this up a few times with no reply. I was advised 3 weeks ago that my refund would be processed urgently but still nothing!! Please do not use this company, they are only interested in getting your money! I am currently looking into contacting the press about this as this company is so dodgy!

I’ve been really happy with my experience with Transform. Everything was arranged professionally and everyone I have dealt with has been so nice. Would highly recommend.

Cross your fingers your surgery goes well because once they have your money your done for. The aftercare doesn't exist and when you do finally speak to someone about seeing the surgeon she isn't available and they don't know when she will be so the surgeon doesn't even see their own work. be prepared to travel to Bristol Birmingham or Manchester but you won’t be given a choice! You will be the one paying for travel expenses and overnight stays. 6 months after I have received a call from my after care girl Kate and she couldn’t have cared less is she tried. You will also be bombarded by random texts asking you how surgery went that you never even had and making appointments you don’t actually have. Please do yourself a favour and go to another company.

From the very beginning, my experience has been really positive. After I initially made contact, Kate Williamson reached out to me and was incredibly quick to respond. She was professional, friendly, and very reassuring throughout the whole process.

At one point, I received an invoice in error, which naturally caused me some worry. However, Kate dealt with the situation straight away and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. Her prompt response really put my mind at ease and showed how much she genuinely cares about her patients.

I’m currently 4 days post-op and so far, everything is going well! I’m feeling positive and well looked after. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and support I’ve received and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Transform. Every single person who I had contact with treated me with respect, everyone was so friendly. From my patient consultant Barbara, to my surgeon Mr Macy's. Absolutely outstanding.
Barbara was amazing and went above and beyond. Mr Macy's answered all my questions and put me at ease. The anesthetic team were incredible, I was very nervous and they reassured me over my concerns. Mr Macy is a skilled surgeon and I have no pain whatsoever. The nurse Inni on the ward afterwards took great care of me and explained all the aftercare thoroughly. I have been considering surgery for sometime now , but having had several consultations elsewhere I was put off with how pushy they had been.
So my friend recommended Transform, telling me how well looked after she had been and how thrilled she was with her results.

So from my first introduction to my patient advisor Barbara Welch I was immediately put at ease and given really informative information more than anyone else I had spoken with I almost felt that I was speaking to a friend, since then she has been with me every step of the way, even checking how I was feeling after my surgery which was even her day off. My surgery went so well all the nursing staff could not have done any more for me . Thanks lastly to my surgeon Mr Elamari whom has given me back my confidence back , so glad I came to Transform

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone who has made this journey outstanding for me is named below.
Firstly, Barbara Welch my Patient Advisor. She was extremely helpful and always there to help me prior to my surgery as my mum was taken ill. I knew I could contact her and the resolution would follow.
Secondly, Lola Ellis my Nurse at The A Lounge. She fitted me in for my bloods on the day I met my consultant to save me coming back into London on another day. Forever grateful, thank you.
Thirdly, Dylan Markey my Surgery Support. Was able to confirm my appointment earlier than advised as I had to arrange care for my 82 year old mum. Also sorting out my queries before hand which stopped me from worrying too much about the operation.
Next was Manuel who checked me in. He was very kind and made me laugh when he asked whether or not I needed the pregnancy test. That ship sailed many years ago now!!
Then came Kate, my recovery and discharge Nurse. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Plus she makes the best cup of tea, especially after being NBM for 14 hours!
Last but not least was Mr Riaz Agha. Having breast reconstructive surgery was something I had been thinking about for a while but was too embarrassed to do it. From the first meeting to the day of surgery, Mr Agha made me feel completely at ease. Explained the procedure and the limitation of what he could do for me (will keep those details private!) I only had my surgery yesterday,but was told the operation went very well, it did help that the Anaesthetist had me laughing before he put me under. Something I had not experienced before. I am so looking forward to seeing the end results. I would rate the people and the standard of care there as 20/10 but seeing that was not an option 5* will do it for me.

I decided to have my beast surgery with Transform through reviews I seen online. I got allocated an agent/advisor called Sarah Shah who showed me nothing but kindness, compassion and support, she kept in touch through either email or phone call she didn’t give me any pressure and had patient in regards to my decision. Having cosmetic surgery isn’t something I wanted to take likely but she and also the team at transform made me feel at ease and made my decision easier

From my first inquiry to first phone call from my patient advisor Eunice,I was informed well about my pre-surgery care and was given a clear overview of my surgery package Eunice kept me well informed about my surgery which i chose sancta Maria hospital for which will be my 3rd operation there, staff are very polite and helpful. My pre op assessment was fantastic where i also met my orthopaedic surgeon who informed me about my surgery. Also had a date for operation.

I started my journey with a phone consultation with Debbie who put me at ease straight away and also got me so excited for this exciting adventure! She answered all of my questions and even answered the questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask!!
I then travelled to Manchester to meet my surgeon and chaperone who were both amazing as well as all the staff I came across. So far my journey with Transform has been nothing but exciting and I’ve been put at ease the whole time and I can’t wait for my surgery!

I have just booked my surgery with Transform Medical for later this year. My consultation with Mr Oudit was fantastic, he put me at ease and was very thorough ensuring I had all of the information I needed. I felt very comfortable and this was an enjoyable experience. I had the consultation Friday and had booked my surgery by Monday afternoon with my patient advisor Barbara. Barbara has been very helpful and easy to reach via email. I am looking forward to my journey with Transform. I have had multiple consultations and this was the best by far and the hospital at Manchester is beautiful.

Debbie is great. Very knowledgeable and speedy in her process. She always is welcoming and would feel confident that she is offering me the best advice and care.

My surgeon Mr Samouris was excellent- listened to what I wanted pre- op and explained and advised everything thoroughly. Very friendly, approachable and professional. Would totally recommend him for your surgery.
Have been followed up by the team to make sure I understood everything and post surgery had the surgical team and nurse in contact regularly to check on me.

My husband went to transform for a tummy tuck, he got his surgery on the 16th feb 26, From the minute we contacted sarah shah and meet with mr macys everything was perfect, always keeping in touch with us, nothing was ever any hassle for them from me emailing sarah to annoying mr macys with queastions.
Me and my husband are all ready looking at his next stage of his plan,And would be contacting sarah in the near future.

I had a call from a lady called Kerry as I was interested in having tummy tuck and Brest lift /implants,informed me of every single detail,very knowledgeable of what happens,how,when and why,answers all my questions ,gave me details of what would happen if I was to go ahead with surgery and a rough quote ,if I could afford it I definitely would of had this done with the company.best of all Kerry had the surgery herself so had experience of it all

I had my TT, muscle repair & lipo surgery 29th January,
Very happy with my results so far I definitely chose the right surgeon for me Dr Bhatty is amazing and his work is so neat still waiting for all my swelling to go down. The pines clinic and its staff are all great the only thing I would say is my Garment I was given was too small so was uncomfortable but we got this sorted out on my next nurse wound care appointment. Would like to say a big thank you to Dr Bhatty and all the nurses that took great care of me especially Nurse Chai she was wonderful
