Terrible service
Terrible service. Avoid these people! I paid online and they started blackmailing me to pay more money for the same flight.
After I threatened them that I will report them to trading standards in London and that highlighting the fact that they are breaking the rules they agreed to send me the e ticket. These people are not trustworthy and please do not waste your time or money behind this dodgy travel agent.

Mention the price currently do not mis guide the customer by showing different price on website and later calling to pay more an there is no email confirmation mail as well.

The support staff are amazing
The support staff are amazing. I received my tickets after the confirmation within 20 minutes. My one feedback for the website would be to have a disclaimer on the website , in case of booking tax amount changes. The fare is still very reasonable , with the additional amount, but having this stated up front , and a simple explanation of the process, would build a lot of trust when customers book tickets through the website.

Terrible service
Terrible. After paying was forced to pay another 15% as they said the airline changed the price. They booked my name wrong after confirming it was correct on their website. When I asked them to change it they wanted to charge me another £30. When I refused the operator (LoveKesh) said he would update the name only if I stayed on the line and sent a review to Google and also TrustPilot while he waited. So I was forced to make my original review. In the end he never changed my ticket details and I had to do it myself with the airline. The whole thing felt like a scam. Never again. Be warned!
