Refund Nightmare
Having booked through Traveasy for my Grandson to fly to Australia, which wasn't hat easy as I had another demand for extra payment due to an error at their end.
Un-fortunately the flight was cancelled, due to problems in Dubia. Getting a refund was not easy. I agreed to a reduced refund because of transaction charges. still over £4000. I have waited the expected 4 to 6 business weeks and have contacted them a few times. They always say someone will call me back, but, no one does. Only use this company if you have to!

Not Happy. They made it look like the cheapest. But after you paid they rang and said there is a price update and charge you an extra, which matches the same price with standard.

Once payment is received, a payment confirmation is issued; however, the booking is not fully confirmed until the ticket has been issued. Once the ticket has been issued there is an additional confirmation mail sent. We understand that changes in fare availability between payment and ticket issuance can be frustrating. Our team works to secure bookings at the confirmed price wherever possible, but where airline pricing changes in real time, this can affect the final ticketing outcome. The support staff are amazing
The support staff are amazing. I received my tickets after the confirmation within 20 minutes. My one feedback for the website would be to have a disclaimer on the website , in case of booking tax amount changes. The fare is still very reasonable , with the additional amount, but having this stated up front , and a simple explanation of the process, would build a lot of trust when customers book tickets through the website.
