Once payment is received, a payment confirmation is issued; however, the booking is not fully confirmed until the ticket has been issued. Once the ticket has been issued there is an additional confirmation mail sent. We understand that changes in fare availability between payment and ticket issuance can be frustrating. Our team works to secure bookings at the confirmed price wherever possible, but where airline pricing changes in real time, this can affect the final ticketing outcome. We note your comments and appreciate your feedback. We remain committed to ensuring our booking process and communications are as clear as possible for all customers.
The support staff are amazing
The support staff are amazing. I received my tickets after the confirmation within 20 minutes. My one feedback for the website would be to have a disclaimer on the website , in case of booking tax amount changes. The fare is still very reasonable , with the additional amount, but having this stated up front , and a simple explanation of the process, would build a lot of trust when customers book tickets through the website.

A good discount travel site & one of the more reliable customer services desks that I've delt with.
Most of the time you don't get the deal you were expecting - with a few add ons always needed once you're on the call etc. But traveasy were very good the advertised price was what I paid - THANKS!

Terrible service
Terrible. After paying was forced to pay another 15% as they said the airline changed the price. They booked my name wrong after confirming it was correct on their website. When I asked them to change it they wanted to charge me another £30. When I refused the operator (LoveKesh) said he would update the name only if I stayed on the line and sent a review to Google and also TrustPilot while he waited. So I was forced to make my original review. In the end he never changed my ticket details and I had to do it myself with the airline. The whole thing felt like a scam. Never again. Be warned!
