This outfit CTM which my university uses is highly unreliable. The app is complicated to use and phone responses put you into a loop.

Avoid!!
I ordered my covid testing kits a week before departure and never got the final confirmation. I emailed them twice and called a bunch of times. The gov website says they have a 24h asisstance, but you'll never get through. DONT buy the kits there, absolute disaster!!

Expensive and slow
Having paid 210 pounds for the two tests I was disappointed when they arrived to find that they were not made of Gold but were in fact a few pieces of plastic and cardboard. Perhaps then I was paying for speed of service? Sadly not; the results for my Day 2 test arrived on Day 5 and my Day 8 test on Day 11. This is a terrible way to exploit people who, through no fault of their own, have to travel.

Irresponsible …
We’ve been calling on this no thousands of times and they’re not even picking up. And not only me there several ppl stuck at home waiting for their Covid tests kits to be delivered to home after passing soo much amount they’re not even responsibly doing anything. It’s a disaster for all, I hope someone will help us poor ppl to cone out of this crisis. We’re helpless at this time where we want to isolate for 10 days and go back to work.I hope somebody will take a look at what’s going on with this company thanks
