Alice was so amazing! She was so helpful and patient. There are so many things that can happen to you in life that are very difficult, and when Alice took the time to make it right,it was a blessing. She also gave me a number to call for her direct line if I had any problems. I just want you to know that that rarely happens. She is an exemplary person to have on the United team!

A great fix to a great big problem!
My travel company made a big mess of the airline portion of a travel plan. Trent Collins answered my plea for help and fixed the whole airline issue! He successfully and pleasantly re-arranged all six legs of the trip with proper seating, schedules, and other details! It took some telephone time but he was an excellent advocate for the traveler (ME!).
