Absolutely terrible, called as need specific requirements for special needs son for a low level room. Once paid for, doubled checked this had been organised, told it was. Emailed hotel and told lowest room for this room was a 5th floor. Hours of phone calls and to be told managers do not work weekends and still no answers. Takes hours to get through, do not use for advice absolutely terrible
